Meet people from Colorado, United States. First and foremost, if you are looking for the "typical guy", I am not him.
Honest, fun, funny, easy-going, flexible, ethical, likes to try different things. I have two late-teen daughters who I am very proud of and never cease to challenge, amaze, and educate me. A few years ago, I decided to do something about my interest in medicine, so I became a certified EMT. It has been/was a great experience helping people in such difficult situations whether in the ER or ambulance. I love medicine but my career took me in the technology direction. Perhaps in a few years, I will go for a second career in the PA direction. While I very much enjoy relaxing in different ways, I also like solving problems, encountering the unexpected, and needing to think quickly on my feet.
My favorite sports include Rugby, Ice Hockey, Football, and MMA. I like to watch all of those and also Baseball (usually in the Fall). Watching playoffs and championships in almost any sport can pull me in.
I miss the beach - love water in general and all the activities that go along with it. The mountains are always a great source of beauty, activities, and just general, overall, providing/refreshing perspective.
I love to laugh and make others laugh.
My match: HOT! = Honest, Open, Trustworthy (my version of HOT) passionate, affectionate, partner. Just about anything can be fun if you are doing it together. I can't stand negative mind games - in other words if you feel the need to hurt the other person in order to communicate something, forget it. I have never understood and never will what the personal gain is from insulting or hurting another person - I just don't get it. Passive-aggressive also is not compatible - if you can't just tell me something and trust we can work it out, I don't have time or interest in guessing what is bothering you. There really isn't much I cannot work with, and through, in life except dishonesty, deception, and deviance.
I don't think I ask for a lot - I won't ask anything of you I wouldn't ask of myself. Affection, Intimacy and romance are important - a woman who likes to have a companion, best friend, partner, and teammate. One goal should be trying to achieve a 50/50 balance with each other, knowing that is an average which comes from some times that are 90/10 and 10/90.
Life is too short - so make it fun!!!

Date a man from Colorado, United States. My closest friends would describe me as thoughtful, generous, and kind. I am a bit quiet and shy at first, but once you get to know me you will discover a great sense of humor. On a typical Friday evening you'll find me inviting a few close friends over for pizza on the grill and home-brewed beer. I'm always up for an afternoon at Trimble, an evening of contra dancing, or a weekend trip to Santa Fe.
As far as relationships go, I am pretty easy-going and mellow. Harmony and companionship are priorities for me. I try to be as drama-free as possible. You'll find that the maintenance fees are pretty reasonable with me. What you see is what you get. I am honest and trustworthy, and look forward to sharing myself fully with a partner.
I enjoy skiing in the winter and hiking with my two dogs on the trails when the weather is warm. You'll occasionally find me at Ska on Monday nights for yoga class and a beer.
I have a beautiful 4-year-old daughter. Being a good father is the greatest joy in my life.
Here's what I'm looking for in a woman: kind, friendly, and loyal. Hopefully you either enjoy cooking or appreciate being cooked for. Bonus points if you are active and enjoy skiing, hiking, and being outdoors.
Meet men and women from Colorado, United States. I like being outdoors in the sunshine, ski touring with my dog, permaculture, roadtrips, water arfalls, sunsets, live music, and starry nights. I am looking for someone with similar interests to go on hikes. I enjoy preparing delicious organic vegetarian meals. I would rather ride my bike than drive my truck. I like early morning walks and sunrises with the birds chirping and that peaceful morning glow.
Date a soulmate from United States. I'm in a really good place and have just about everything I need - except someone to share it with. I'm a self-made man in as far as I started with nearly zero funds, but had infinite support from my family and friends. So I did start off with true wealth.
My friends are truly amazing people, so what could be better?
I built a business that pays the bills and now it pretty much runs itself. My incredible staff can take care of most everything there. So now I'm pursuing film making and photography. I mainly make movies and take pictures - so if you don't like being in movies, or having your photo taken, that would be okay, but you should really give it a go. I think I do a pretty good job with that. I produced a TV pilot last summer that is out there in the world floating around between producer's desks, and I have a feature film that is well into post-production. It all looks pretty good. I was blessed to work with a great cast and crew on both counts. If we're fortunate, the projects will go somewhere, but if not, it was an adventure. I think they'll make a few people take notice. Keep your fingers crossed.
I own a coffee house and it's my favorite haunt. It was a dream of mine since I was in my twenties (when I lived in coffee houses) and I finally opened it a few years ago. My staff there is also incredible, and the crowd that comes in is diverse, eclectic and friendly.
As for my photography - I have been shooting just about everything from the occasional photojournalism assignment, to architecture, to abstract, to fine art, to...whatever.
I have a place in Portland that I share with some good friends. I go up there about once every two months to write, eat good food, see some lush greenery (especially in the winter), and clear my head. I enjoy the vibe there, but I don't like the winters.
Yes, I'm busy, but none of the things I do have to be done "right now" - I have a flexible schedule and I make time for people - it's important. .
You, well, you're creative and have a great desire to express yourself - you're an actor, a writer, a photographer, a filmmaker, musician or really anything else arty (even if it's just a hobby). You also have a lot going on, but you make time for the important things in life. You appreciate the small things and you don't take anything too seriously, unless, of course, it's serious. You''ll let me know if you think I'm being too (something) or not enough (something else).
Meet people from United States. I pretty much dont have a social life.I drive a tractor-trailer for a living. My accomplishment would be my military service.I am grateful that I have my son,he is 15 but he lives with his mom in Pueblo. The type f person I am looking for in a relationship would be a person easy to get along with who likes to stay active, likes some exercise, enjoys sports at least occasionally.
Date single man from United States. Two more weeks and my membership is up. I guess maybe I am just too cerebral when it comes to relationships. Ie I approach relationships with my mind and not my heart. That is what my friends tell me. So I will just assume there will be no chemistry at all on my part.
The paragraph below is just the usual filler.
I guess I am looking for someone who is nice and would share some of the interests I have. I do like to travel (adventure / mountaineering/hiking) to exotic places. I guess I am just looking for a friend who can tolerate me at my worst and adore me at my best.
Meet someone special from United States. I would describe myself as stable and someone who enjoys life to the fullest. I enjoy making people laugh and feel good about the freindship we share by helping out when needed and just being there for them. When I'm with someone I like being spontaneous, adventurous, romantic, playful, and basically having that type of connection everyone deserves. I'm looking for someone with similar qualities and desires someone who they can connect with. I do feel there has to be mutual physical attraction for there to be good chemistry between two people. So taking care of yourself and having decent (good) looks are somewhat important, as well as sensuality and affection. Having simlar interests helps... Some things I enjoy are dining out, travelling, outdoor activities such as skiing, camping, and I LOVE live music at Red Rocks and around. I enjoy day trips to local attractions, romantic nights home, and just having a blast together.
Date a man from United States. First of all … yes, I have an Aussie accent, but most people assume I’m English. Rest assured, I don’t sound like the Crocodile Hunter or the Geico lizard!
Like everyone on Match.com, I have a great sense of humor and love to make people laugh ;) but it's more a dry, witty-repartee style rather than a faithful regurgitation of well-worn one-liners.
I'm easy-going, open-minded, intelligent, sincere, caring and very loyal (perhaps to a fault). I'm realistic and serious about my responsibilities. I set goals, but am pretty adaptable as circumstances change. To people not close to me, I might initially appear to have a shy, reserved exterior. However, things really important to me are saved for close friends who get to know me one-on-one.
I love travel, seeing different cultures, learning a little history, taking lots of photos and doing something adventurous & memorable. I definitely want to travel more with the right partner. Ask me where I've travelled!
Around town, I like the simple things. Hanging out with friends. Walking the dog on a bright, sunny day. Absorbing the atmosphere and experience of live event like hockey, football, the symphony, a band or drinking at a dive jazz/blues bar. It's not always easy to find someone to visit the theatre, museums and art galleries. I want to learn Salsa dancing, but have two left feet. I'm not a hard-core fan of TV sport, so don't expect me to carry on lengthy conversations about football, baseball or basketball!
I'm looking for that special, loving relationship with someone who wants to feel special and cared for. I'm in this for the long-term. I wish this didn't have to sound like a laundry-list, but here goes:
You're intelligent, fun and easy-going. Independent, but dependable. A little flirtatious and sassy. You like stirring things up by doing something spontaneous & unconventional. You score high marks if you're compassionate and caring, especially towards children and animals. If you have a great smile, you get double bonus points.
We're all looking for the perfect partner, but realistically I'm not perfect and neither are you. But, in my eyes, you might be. So let's get beyond the Match.com profile, talk and see where things take us.
Meet men and women from United States. Releasing a personal profile on the world wide web is the last thing I thought I would ever do as I consider myself to be somewhat of a quiet and private man. However, after much thought and deliberation with family and friends, I believe this route is worthy of a try, since I am a non-native whose physical locale is a bit removed from the masses.
Having been born and raised back in Virginia, one is safe to assume that the traditional values concerning character and conduct were ingrained repeatedly in me. My development as a person continues everyday in my pursuit of being a selfless, thankful and non-assuming man who is comfortable in his skin.
It is my prayer that one day I will meet that person whom together, over time, we cultivate a one of a kind friendship- grounded in trust, respect, openness, and adoration. This is the woman I want to grow old with and call my best friend.
