I like dogs and have had several in my life. I have had dogs in sizes from a Golden Retriever (man they LOVE the water) to a teacup Chihuahua (do they make dogs that small?).
Bad day at work? How about a home cooked spicy diner with a glass of wine waiting for you when you get home, or a bubble bath. Let's cook a meal together and enjoy it with some red wine and great conversation. I am unconventional man with old-fashion values. While I can believe strongly about a subject I have a open mind to the views and opinions of others. With all the negativity in this world I'd rather not say something then to say something mean. I am probably not as laid back at work as I think I am. I do leave work at work on the weekends and have a good time Oh yea I usually keep my head shaved or close to it. My hair and what little I can grow for a beard is grey, I don't dye my hair. I usually wear a cap cause its cold here or I don't like sunburns! I usually have my hat on backwards too. I still think I am in my 20s but my body tells me other wise.
I like to hang out with my son. We have fun in the shop working on the boat or our quads,. We both spend quite a bit of time in the mountains on our Race Quads. We also lift weights together and mountain bike.
I love animals, I have had several cats from the humane shelter including the Heline and Sheline that are on permanant loan to me. I don't hunt. Feel bad for people in need. I never look down on anyone with out knowing their background. I am socially liberal.
I am open minded and like girls the same. I am also not afraid of a strong, independant lady who takes care of herself, will stand up for themself and isn't afraid to to giive a little, "negative reinforcement". Date someone special from Colorado, United States. Never sure what to write here. I'm new to the online thing. I'm an active person that lives in the mountains. Our lives up here are very seasonal. Many of our jobs close for a month or more meaning we work extra hard for 9 mo.'s then have a lot of free time. It takes a little discipline. I love sports, I play hockey and soccer. I grew up in Colorado but have spent some time in Seattle and Portland. I have travelled quite a bit. Almost every state and many countries. I love travel, if you don't have a passport I recommend you get one. It opens up a lot of doors. I've slowed down a bit as I get older but still believe that i should run while I still can.

What makes me better than the next guy? I hope experience but really that would be something for you to decide. I know that I have most if not all the traits that most women are seeking in a man according to all the profiles that I have read. Not too many people list their flaws because we are all perfect in our own minds and we all try to hype ourselves up to make us more appealing. I admit I am not perfect and I make my fair share of mistakes but I learn from my mistakes and I am a big enough man to admit when I’m wrong. My last relationship lasted a little over 18 years, which is something I am proud of.
