My most cherished art is Native American. I go to the March powwow and Indian market every year. I believe there is a lot to be learned from their culture and wisdom. I believe that if you do not know who are then you cannot know someone else. I believe that respect can only be earned, not commanded. I believe that opportunity comes to those who afford it. It can be difficult to recognize and one must be vigilant or risk its loss in the same moment it’s found.
