I am a Chicago native who has been in Colorado for 16 years. It is hard not to love this place and all that it offers. Sometimes I have to stop and force myself to look with fresh eyes at everything around me. I love that aspect of travelling, the energy of experiencing the new.
I can travel quite a bit for work, sometimes too much, but the flipside is that when work is slow I have no busy-work in an office, the days are mine. Would love to find somebody who has a flexible or non-traditional schedule.
Religion never made much sense to me as kid, and even less sense as an adult; So...I probably invested too much energy into "The Pleasure Principle" as a way of life for a little too long. Don't get me wrong, I love pleasure, it's one of the few pleasures in life. Lately, I feel like I am on a non-religious spiritual quest and I am loving it, getting pretty deep down the rabbit hole.

I enjoy watching sports live verse watching on TV. I have 2 kids in HS and one in college. I enjoy sking and going to the mountains. I enjoy a good beer and conversation. That being said, my kids are older so it is easier to get out without having to worry about them.
I grew up an army brat so I lived in many different places. I liked it so much I enter the military. After moving to Colorado, I decided I wanted to stay here. I enjoy the view of pikes peak everyday and I did not want to move away. I am not longer in the military.
