Meet single man from Colorado, United States. I am originally from Buffalo, New York area but have lived in Colorado for more twelve years and consider it to be home now. I am a professional, an electrical engineer working for a local municipal utility.
I own my own home and am currently in the process of remodelling my basement. I enjoy doing work around the house when I am at home or helping a friend work on theirs. I have a large collection of tools, and am not afraid to use them! I've turned my garage into a mini wood working shop and have built various projects over the years that include a planting table for a mothers day gift for my adopted mom, and a rocking horse for my niece.
I swim a few times a week. I love enjoying a Guinness along with great conversation. I'm often at my happiest spending time with my friends playing cards, taking a trip to the mountains, or getting out on the water at a local Res or taking a bi-annual houseboat trip on Lake Powell. While I treasure these times, it would be far better to experience them along with someone special. My friendships run deep, knowing many of my close friends for more than 30 years.
After one friend created this profile a few years ago on my behalf, I am finally giving Match a shot because one of those 30 year friends talked me into trying something different from what I've done in the past.

I moved to Colorado because it has almost all that one could enjoy, a large lake would be great... I'm independent and comfortable in life, traveling a lot for work. I'm out going with a good sense of humor. I enjoy anything outside; biking, golfing, skiing, camping, concerts and running with my dog. Love a good thunderstorm too. Add a good beer or a good wine and friends to feed and its game on. Sunday bloody fun day; know about it? I enjoy most music, live when possible, unless I'm embarrassing myself playing guitar. I'm not a club guy and prefer meeting people thru friends or dinner parties. Must like dogs, and sadly I'm allergic to cats.
