Grandma is 91 and lives in Long Beach so we hang out a lot. We like the same music :)
So if you have heard of Jimmie Lunceford or Count Basie that's cool. But if you like 80's or tons of other styles that's cool too. I love just about all music and would like to hear whatever you like. Music has been a big part of my life and so I'm really into all other things besides music as well.
I'm always planning and thinking. That could pertain to adventures or trips or work or anything really. I'm just naturally a thinker and planner.
I like yoga, going to the gym, swimming, running, tennis, walking, hiking, and lots of active stuff.
I am really interested in learning how to dance. All kinds, but especially swing dancing and all the ones that relate to that, and also tap dancing. I have tap shoes and have had a few lessons.
I love singing and am in a few groups. I also like karaoke.
I would say I have a high percentage of nerdiness in my blood.
So how I turned out to be a famous rock star I will never know. hahaha
I'm really good at whistling. Thinking. Singing one thing while playing another at the same time. Being responsible. Planning and analyzing. Lots of musical instruments. Love golf but I suck. Love tennis but I hardly ever get to play, I even bought a huge box of balls from Costco and they are just sitting in the garage crying boo hoo. Other things crying boo hoo in the garage: lots of luggage that never got taken on a trip, cases or instruments that got damaged or destroyed, tupperware or small organization type things/travel items that never made it into the final rotation.

I can also relax and watch a movie at home or catch a new episode of Modern Family or The Office. I love to travel - with a focus to sunny/beach resorts, but open to anything! As far as I know! Hmm, about me. I am a down to earth kinda guy looking for someone special to share "life's little adventures".
I work in the hi-tech industry, and despite all the stresses, I enjoy it and find it challenging and interesting. Outside work, I am pretty laid back. I work out at the gym few times a week, enjoy quiet weekends at home working on my home or back yard, or once a while spend a night out with friends.
I am NOT a big sport fan, I rather go to the gym and work out than waste my time watching football or basketball (although I will go to a hockey game once a while).
For travel, I find places like East Asia and South America much more interesting, since those tend to be a little more different than the North American and European places where you see pretty much the same stuff as you do here. I've been to a lot of places in Europe, seen probably one too many castles and churches. I love my trip to Vietnam and more recently Costa Rica. I also enjoy places with water- Hawaii was pretty fun.
Anyways, I am not sure where this may lead, but I'm hoping to meet someone special. Even if this doesn't work out, hopefully we'll meet some new people and make some new friends along the way. Maybe we'll share some good conversations, get to meet up, go out and share a couple of laughs over some good food. =)
