I am a father of the most amazing three year old boy and very proud of it. I take my role as his father very seriously and am as involved in his life as much as possible. He is my number one priority and an absolute joy. We spend our weekends together going to the beach, riding the roaring camp trains and hiking up in the SC mountains. Or sometimes just hang out at home. I come from a big family and have a strong bond with them all. Moms rule and dads just like to think they do. Wish i could get up north to visit my family more often.

In the attempt to find the holy grail in the dating odyssey that adds adventure and companionship to my life I am going to try a new approach here and simplify (because when you number things they appear more organized), relay what I think I have learned about myself and just throw it out there:
1) I don't want more kids (Now I know this will offend some of you-but, if you are over 38, never married and haven't been held captive by aliens for a majority of your adult life-neither do you!!!)
2) My children are my priority in life and always will be. You will be a close second if everything goes well.
3) The following make me happy: sunsets, the laughter of children, greasy spoon breakfasts, crosswords, smiles, kindness, wood fires, bourbon, wine, enjoying the company of others, surfing, the sound of rain on the roof over my bed, pretty flowers, pretty women, perfume, a tender kiss and most importantly.....Cheese.
4) Prior to getting into the landscaping business I was a corporate attorney for 10 years. I went from Wall Street to Silicon Valley to a Tech Company before landing in Santa Cruz where my office has a much better view than the airconditioning unit on the building across the street. This is important to understanding me.
5) I tend to be laid back and happy-go-lucky, I like to have a plan sometimes, but I also like to not have everything planned out sometimes.
6) I don't live every day as if it were my last, but if it were my last day I would have no regrets (except maybe that I have never caught a foul ball at a baseball game or hit a hole in one in golf).
7) It is important to me to give more than I take, hopefully you put others first too. I am active with charities (Grind Out Hunger, check it out) and coach a high school lacrosse team.
8) I work hard, I play harder, I love the balance I have found in my life.
9) I think I have a pretty awesome life and would like to find someone to share it with.
