I’m a Southern California native, public schools, USC undergraduate and USC MBA. (No, I don’t hate UCLA and I wasn’t in a fraternity. I had to work to pay my way through school.) An MBA with an emphasis in corporate finance – can you spell analytical? I spent some time with a large bank in management and major lending, principally to the real estate industry. If you really want to get to know someone, lend them some money and then try to get it back! Real estate is my principal business interest and I am still involved in real estate mortgage lending and investment.
