I enjoy my work, and I make good use of my downtime. Running, climbing, and skiing are my favorite sports, but I've been known to beat the ball into submission on the golf course, skin my knees on the basketball court, and do something more unusual like jumping out of a plane. I'm looking forward to getting back into running form... For now it's weight training at the gym(s) and at home, mixed in with a little indoor rock climbing and stationary biking and rowing.
My favorite snow-covered playgrounds are Vail's back bowls, but around Tahoe, Kirkwood is my favorite. I used to play a good amount of basketball, but now I watch more than I play. Who else loves March Madness? I always cheer for the ACC, even though my alma mater hasn't done so well these past few years.
I love eating out (sushi more than anything) as well as staying in once in a while to cook. I also enjoy wine tasting, movies, the symphony; musicals, museums, travel, etc. I'll help my friends with the occasional house landscaping or demolition/construction project - I figure I can pick up a few more useful skills along the way.
