Well, my hope was that I would've been off this site a long time ago but alas, that hasn't happened yet so I'm still here. My hope is to meet someone on here that makes me want to cancel my membership for good. I know you're out there...........I don't know where but I know you're out there somewhere. I guess the fact that I haven't totally abandoned this online dating thing is a little reflection of my tenacious spirit :-)
Until that time, let me start my profile off with a little joke. What do you call a panda with no teeth? A gummy bear!! lol. It might be corny but you have to admit, it must've made you smile or even giggle a bit. I put that in here to show my humorous, fun side. I would describe myself as a hard working, dedicated father of two awesome daughters who is honest, caring, compassionate, affectionate and loyal and I LOVE to laugh and have fun. I have a great job, an education and a real passion for living my life to its fullest. I've been divorced for about 8 years and my ex wife and I do a great job of co-parenting our two daughters together. There is NO drama as who has the time for that? I love to travel. Weekend trips to Las Vegas or Seattle and all points in between. I would love to get to NYC eventually as well as Boston and the entire east coast for that matter. I enjoy dinners out, dancing (yes, I have no problem getting out on a dance floor and gettin' down....alot of guys won't, I'm not one of them). I enjoy all types of music, from country to rock to 80's to jazz/blues....everything really except for rap.

If you were to ask my friends to describe me they would probably say that I am a moron and why are you wasting your time with me. Then when they are done joking they would say that I am very caring guy that is very easy going and always up for a good laugh. Always willing to go that extra mile to help out. Sometimes very funny and goofy as well. Well at least thats what I would hope they would say as I am typing this and not them. I am one that would give you my jacket if you are cold and even though I maybe freezing, it won't stop me from keeping you warm instead. Yes chivalry still lives in some of us.
I really enjoy music. If I had to pick one genre I would be here for days as that is a tough one. My favorite band is Depeche Mode, so maybe that can help you a little there. Going to live events is one of the best things in life for me. Hanging out with my friends and family is very important as well. They have definitely help create who I am today. I am not a big person on the "Club" circuit but I do enjoy going out to a nice bar or a dive bar with friends and having a good time. Sports that I enjoy are Baseball (Angels) Hockey (Blackhawks, Kings) Basketball (Lake Show) and football (Chiefs). I really want to learn how to play golf someday. On a nice sunny day (especially in the summer) the OC Swap Meet is the best. Where can you shop with your adult beverage in hand?
The one thing that I am most proud of in my entire life is my son. He is the one that holds my heart string forever.

Cooking is something that I am great at, thats if your idea of cooking is opening a box, poking holes in plastic wrap and microwaving for 6-7 minutes. I would really love to learn to cook so if you have the patience to deal with me then I am game. Please note I may cry if I burn myself. But once taught be prepared for me to cook for you.
