Photography has been a passion of mine for many years which is why out of thousands of images I only have a few of me in front of the camera. I also enjoy cooking for an appreciative audience – my chocolate chip cookies get rave reviews. I enjoy the challenge of trying to recreate or improve upon a meal that I loved at a restaurant. I consider recipes guides, but don't follow them to the letter because I want creative freedom. As you might have guessed, I don't read directions either. Typically I'll try to figure out how to put something together and refer to the directions if I run into trouble.
