Meet people from Arizona, United States. Hello there! I need to start off by saying that I have an amazing 2.5yr old daughter, who basically is my entire life. I am incredibly lucky to have her as much as I do, and would be lost without her.
Being a single parent, I don't really have time for the whole going out clubbing dating scene, so here I am with my first foray into online dating. The thing I miss the most about being in a relationship is having a companion. Someone that I can relate with and talk to about anything from my day at work to the movie I am looking forward to seeing. As much as I love spending time with my daughter, you can only talk about why Mowgli is a mancub or how Cinderelly has so many mice friends so much(although I actually really enjoy classic Disney movies).
I enjoy many things, and can be just as content staying at home watching a movie as I would be going on a drive up to Mt. Lemmon for the afternoon. I love my job and have amazing family and friends. My life would be way harder if I did not have the support for my daughter.

I'm an Arizona native and have spent the majority of my life in the east valley. I studied business management at ASU and I'm currently in the process of pursuing my masters in public health. I have worked in the pharmaceutical industry for a number of years and I currently work for a consulting firm as a pharmacy analyst/consultant. I love my job even though it's fairly demanding and consumes quite a bit of my time, but I'm good at keeping the work/life balance in check, for the sake of sanity. I purchased a home a couple years ago and got my dog, Rogue, shortly after. I feel like I've accomplished a lot so far in life, but there's still so much to experience, and I'm hoping to find the right person to share that with.
So, on to the fun stuff... I consider myself fairly social and enjoy meeting with friends and family as much as possible. I'm definitely not the shy type. I love meeting new people and hearing where they've been and what they have experienced. Typical outings usually include talking and sharing stories over a pint of craft brew. I might be known as a little bit of a beer snob, nothing wrong with that, right? It's no secret that I love to laugh and make others laugh. Dry humor and witty sarcasm are my specialties. Aside from that you will usually catch me on the trails or in the shop making something wood related. A day on the couch watching movies and catching up on the DVR is always nice too. I love road trips that lead to places with great scenery where I can snap a few photos.
Friends would tell you I'm hard working, intelligent, witty and thoughtful. My parents did a great job of raising me, so I know what manners are and I use them regularly (I get irritated when I see someone walk through a door and let it close on the person 5 steps behind them). I tend to be a very clean person, but not to the OCD level. Okay, maybe borderline OCD... I like things tidy and I never leave the house until the bed is made. I really enjoy cooking and trying new dishes. I'm a big fan of Cajun food. My fish tacos and burgers are always a hit for gatherings.
As far as the type of person I'm looking for... Someone who can laugh at the goofy things in life but who can also hold an intelligent conversation. Take life seriously, but not too seriously. Someone with goals and ambitions. Someone who knows there is a difference between their, they're and there and actually uses them correctly. An appreciation of microbrews will get you some extra points, but isn't necessary :)

* I love acoustic/live music
* Counting Crows is probably one of my favorite bands, but I like a wide array of music (if there are meaningful lyrics and/or a piano involved, I'll probably like it)
* I joined a soccer league earlier in the year and I can't get enough of it. Not even the heat can keep me away
* I graduated from ASU, but root for Ohio State
* I collect a pint glass from every brewery I visit
* I don't watch a ton of TV, but I've recently discovered Game of Thrones and I'm hooked
* I'm my own handyman and I love to work on projects around the house
* One of the best getaways I went on involved getting in the car and driving without a plan. Ended up driving the coast of California and stopping in little towns along the way.
