I have also been fortunate enough to own my own business in San Francisco…it is a hard constantly changing business that keeps you on your toes but I enjoy it and I am very good at it….I meet and talk to new people everyday which is something I enjoy and there is always something new to learn….I’m also a musician, arranger, and when time allows an occasional oil painter….
I own a home in Millbrae on the peninsula and to say that I’m handy would be an understatement as I have done everything from blueprints to additions, hardwood flooring to plumbing….of course I won’t bore you with the entire list but it is quite extensive…I own just about every tool you can imagine…

I am that child! I've always been filled with curiosity. As a child I dismantled my parent's cuckoo clock (there were few extra bits and bobs upon reassembly:) - I feel like I've been taking myself apart and putting myself together ever since...

i enjoy: language (sort of multilingual), music (most genres -- although jazz and r&b are favs - I play sax and guitar), literature (with the occasional pulp-fiction foray), theater (especially Shakespeare), travel (everywhere with lots of third world -- that's not America, yet), kayaking (I finally can spell it), yoga (practicing for 15 years - part spiritual, part dance), people (I love to hear stories!), being a dad, the science times, cooking, friendships, loving ...

Although professionally an engineer, recently I became a social activist and community organizer because I’d seen corruptions, injustice, and abuse of power. I got elected to be a Board Director of my San Francisco housing co-operative that represents over 1,000 residents. I started a movement, and involve in a titanic struggle with the entrenched power. Everything was done voluntary and along the way I have to meet many people at levers of influence to win this fight. As a pure technical person I had never done this before and I have found out much about my own self I never realized previously.
