Hmm, I think I'm difficult to define, but it's accurate to say I'm passionate about work, play, sports, movies, travel, dancing, romance, laughter and life. Did I leave anything out?:-) I would definitely like to meet someone who shares the same philosophy. No, really.:-) Okay, here's some intel on me. i work in the South Bay, but live in the City. I'm 6 feet tall (according to my driver's license and Match.com profile, but, the reality is 5'11.5" in bare feet). I have brown hair (with a dose of gray advancing at the temples) and blue eyes. When I'm not working, I love to go to concerts and musicals, try fun new restaurants, exercise (cycling and weights), hit the movies, go on spontaneous road trips along the coast and generally revel in everything life has to offer...because it's too fleeting!
You can often find me at the Olympic Club (Lakeside) working on my golf game. I have to warn you if you've actually read this far, I have a mistress. Her name is Golf. I must admit, I've grown weary of revealing that to prospective mates and watching their eyes either glaze over or narrow with suspicion. But, I love the game and I hope you currently do or would like to learn how to play. I'm a pretty good teacher. Are you ready?:-)
I've led a rich and varied life, having been a tennis instructor, tour guide in China, Alaska and Canada, defense attorney and prosecutor. I've traveled the world and will continue to do so. Like any good Cal grad, I'll end this (for better or worse) with a "Go Bears!"

Over the past years, I've taken time to reflect and become more self aware. I've dated a number of wonderful people with a few of the relationships spanning 1-2 years. Unfortunately, I haven't found the right person or the timing was not in our favor. In a few cases, the need to transfer for work preempted the relationship before it had time to develop. I'm thankful for the experience and remain encouraged that I will one day find the right person at the right time.
I enjoy a wide range of activities and interests which, as you know, can be a blessing and a curse. In recent years, I've explored a number of things on my list. E.g. Horses, Diving, Cooking, Wine, Motorcycles, Cycling, Farming, living and working in Europe. While all of this was fun, I really enjoy the little things in life just a much; spontaneous road trips, walks after dinner, occasional movie, cooking dinner at home, spending time with family and friends.
