I am Italian-American, emotionally open, enjoy my work teaching Comparative Religions at universities. The mystical, contemplative, and depth psychological dimensions of religion and spirituality fascinate me. One of the favorite aspects of my teaching work is to invite students to meditative experiences and to hear their delight to discover the silent music of the Beyond within.
Let's find a hole-in-the-wall joint to meet and dine lavishly and laugh, finding perhaps some deep connection that transcends the daily round. Perhaps recognizing something in each other that we have never fully seen before, but have been longing for.

In an elementary school art class this morning, children are drawing pictures of whatever they want. A visiting educator, walking around the classroom, spies a drawing of one little girl-- a truly remarkable drawing.
“My, what an interesting picture,” she says, bending toward the illustration. “What exactly are you drawing?”
The little girl looks up and, frowning at the lady, says, “God”-- and goes back to her drawing.
The visitor chuckles softly to herself. “My dear, you know that no one knows what God looks like!”
