Date someone special from California, United States. I'm am fun, intelligent Single/White Male, 57, 6'2", 240', blonde hair, blue eyes and a vivid imagination that often gets me into trouble! I live in the Penn Valley/Grass Valley area after having lived most all of my adult life in the East Bay area. I don't know many people up here hence one of my reasons for being on here so initially I'm looking to meet new friends to do things with. If the moons align and no natural disasters hit the area then perhaps maybe even a long term relationship might spring from the effort. We'll see how that goes as I'm in no hurry to jump into anything until I'm certain it's on a solid foundation.
More about my personality: I am selective, sensuous, sensible, sensitive, sincere, spiritual....sophisticated and supportive. I have a dry, witty sense of humor, but until I get to know someone you will see me as shy. BUT, the right combination of chemistry, respect, and trust allows my humorous side to flourish (among other things) even more. I feel love is just about all there truly is in this life, and in the end of it all our possessions or positions in life do not matter. "What occupies our mind and heart is who and how we have loved, and who has loved us!" Being very deep, sensitive, passionate and sometimes intense, insightful, and aware of myself, I can then be those things to those around me. I'm great one-on-one...but slightly quieter in unfamiliar crowds. I am comfortable with people from all walks of life. My values run true and my interests in people and in life are more eclectic than many would suppose on first impression. I love music, dancing, theater...all the norms and then some! I probably enjoy even more, the simple, quiet moments spent with the right person.
