Date a soulmate from El Granada, United States. I had a conversation with a good friend not too long ago and the subject was about where we lived and how lucky we were to live on the Coast. I mentioned to him how I liked where I live and enjoyed what I do for a living. Then, the question moved to, "what could be better than that?" And, here I am filling in the final square thinking I might find someone who can enjoy the good times in life with me. Is it silly to think that there could be someone that completes the picture?
I find myself filling my spare time with kayaking with my friends. Or when the water conditions aren't just right, I turn to working in the garden.
Over the last twenty plus years, I have enjoyed growing my own vegetables in the back yard. It was a great way to get my boys to eat veggies when they were young, and now I just have to learn how to grow less of them. The seed companies give you all of those tiny little seeds, you feel obligated to put them in the soil.
One good thing comes from veggie gardens, you can meet your new neighbors during harvest time.
