Date someone special from United States. I'm an easy going person with a good sense of humor. I enjoy playing sports and staying active. Don't travel as much as I would like would like to change that in the near future. I would to find a nice lady with values to share what life has to offer.
Meet a soulmate from United States. I am envious of most of the women I see on Match because their lives are so full with activities like skydiving, flying, sailing, mountain climbing, triathlons, travel, etc....VERY exciting! I could use more activities! Bring em on!
I like to cook. My repertoire is fairly basic food...not so much on fancy sauces and the like. I BBQ a good steak (med rare for me), burger or or brat, and really enjoy fresh vegetables. A fully-stocked salad bar is heaven. I would really like a reason to do more sophisticated cooking.
I was the "class clown" in school, but of course have tempered that over the years. I still cut up when the people and the situation is right. I sometimes see humor in connections that many other people don't see. I am doing_good_things at the yeah who place. (Confession: I occasionally laugh at jokes I tell myself in my head. I'd love to have someone there to ask "Okay....what'd you just think about????")
I am having sensations of a desire to do "good works", but have not found the right outlet. So far, organized coupon shopping for the food bank is about as far as I have gone. I think I would like to help build houses and infrastructure/facilities, things like that.
I do my own car work...my main driver now has over 225,000 miles and it hasn't been in the hands of a (pro) mechanic for 140,000 miles. I keep it running myself, and I hope to drive it until plug-in hybrids are readily available...maybe only a year or three to go. This is the technology that I think will work best for Americans, esp. in concert with eventual widespread home solar electric production.
I am smart enough to know that there is much I don't know, and with this comes a thirst for discussion and a level of sharing that I hope you prefer. I want to listen to you, AND hear you, and I very much want to be understood.
I am an atheist, but I am by NO means militant about it....I just don't believe some things that others find a reason to believe. It's that simple...a personal choice. I do enjoy discussing religion...I am fascinated by the ubiquity and variety among various cultures around the globe.
(Note: I cheerfully relocate bugs to The Outdoors!)
