You would find that I am pretty agreeable, easy-going and down-to-earth. I think the people who know me best would tell you that I am passionate about my family, friends and career. I have strong feelings about trying to do the right thing each day to the benefit of everyone my life touches. I also try not to take myself too seriously, or forget to find humor and the fun in each day. Life has taught me that I am never above learning something about myself that I can improve, especially when it comes communicating more effectively and with more empathy with my kids, friends, or a future life-long partner.
I have had a 25-year career in executive management in consumer product companies. I still love the creativity and challenges each day presents. I work hard, but I'm not a workaholic. I have flexibility with my work which I greatly value. I enjoy most sports and I have been involved in athletics most of my life. Currently, I am having a great time coaching my sons' hockey team. I stay fit by exercising regularly and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including eating healthy - most of the time. I can enjoy the occasional In-n-out burger without a bit of guilt. I like 3-day weekend get-a-ways, even if it is just to the beach, mountains, Catalina Island or San Diego. I love watching most any event that my kids are involved in.
If you are an empty-nester looking for someone to travel the world with, then I'm not your guy. I have 3 teenagers that live with me 1/2 the time, so I have a few more parenting years ahead of me. My kids and career keep me fairly busy, and to a large degree, fulfilled. That said, I have both time and desire to develop a relationship where mutual attraction, chemistry and similar values exist.
