I grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It was flat, cold, and boring. I love living in Arizona and Tucson is my favorite place I've lived here. I went to college for vocal performance and kinesiology. I'm currently recording some demo stuff to perform on my days off. I work as an assistant manager in retail, which is pretty great actually. I get three days of work and three days off so i'm very available. As a result I travel a lot which is always fun... just getting away for a weekend can work wonders.
People with the inability to compromise drive me crazy. A relationship is constant compromise and work, it's never super easy. We make mistakes, say stupid things on accident- it happens. I'm originally from Ohio but I lived in Illinois the past two years for Grad School. I really haven't had the chance to explore the area and everything it has to offer. Even though I've had a profile, I never really thought much about this whole online thing but I figured why not give it a go for a bit and see what happens. I'm past the point of going out every night to a bar and would much rather be out somewhere hiking or at a baseball or hockey game. I've been able to go vegetarian for the past month but going that extra mile is proving quite the challenge (I love cheese and eggs!). I'm also contemplating going back to school for a PhD. I live in Mesa and go to school full time towards my BS in Nutrition, I'm also a personal trainer/strength coach. I plan on opening my own facility within the next 2 years, that's the main reason I moved down here from Seattle. I believe we are all the average of those we most closely surround ourselves with. I am proud to say that I truly love my close groups of friends, who are some of the most genuinely quality individuals whom I have met.
My best friends are a group of nerdy PhD students that I’ve known for years, business associates, and a group of wild animal meat head rugby players with whom I have done battle with on the pitch and drank ourselves into oblivion out of steins, funnels, boots, and horns.
And then there’s me. Sort of a nerdy, meathead, businessman. I have been a successful entrepreneur for years, and I enjoy all of my various projects, investments, and career. I enjoy living and continuing to build a lifestyle that allows me to pursue all that life has to offer- I play baseball and rugby on competitive mens teams, and box but no longer compete. I lift weights and practice yoga regularly and hike as much as I can. I am in great shape, eat and live a pretty healthy lifestyle, and I look for similar values in those I surround myself with. All that said, I do like to get out on the weekends for some good food, wine, and microbrew. I also work with a non-profit in my "spare time".
I have a sarcastic and somewhat twisted sense of humor, so if you take people too seriously or are sensitive we probably won't get along. I love making fun out of any situation, so a dry, witty, and intelligent sense of humor is probably the most important thing I look for in a partner.

Not to sure what you would like to know but I'll try to describe myself in a few sentences. I am originally from Michigan, currently enjoying the Arizona weather. I'm adventurous and athletic, I spend most of my free time outdoors. I try to hike and exercise to stay in shape and experience new geography. As much as I like to get outdoors, I also enjoy trying new restaurants, wine tasting, movies, etc... I'm open to try anything at least once.
