Date single man from United States. Hi

So I decided to use match.com This is my very first experience, and I hope it will be the positive one. So dont hesitate to contact me if you feel it is good idea to say "HI" each other. I will be glad to hear from you!
Meet a soulmate from United States. I'll keep it simple:
I’m looking for a woman who takes care of herself (financially and personally), prefers casual but knows elegance; likes local restaurants but can roll wherever; loves the outdoor activities SD has to offer and willing to explore whatever.
Don't fake enjoying fitness, outdoors or healthy lifestyle because it will not work. Not extreme but committed to healthy, active lifestyle. We all have the stresses of work/life and I prefer to live in the now/ present moment. I’m into fitness and outdoor activities so prefer someone who enjoys equally. Enjoy biking, weights, yoga, stand up paddle board, running, and cooking good foods; mostly on the grill. I like game night, chill night or whatever night. Traits of honesty and loyalty go along way as well.
Take Care and let me know if you want to chat...
Date a man from United States. I'm originally from Virginia Beach. I spent ten years living in the Bay Area. San Diego has been my home for the last 13 years. Iove it here. I am close to my family and I do try to visit with them when I can. I'm a faithful man looking for a faithful woman. No games, it's tiring, you know? I enjoy being outside, the beach, Balboa Park, but I do like to lounge once in a while. Cuddle with that special person.
Meet someone special from United States. Hi There!
Thank you for take your time to look at my profile!
I decided to join Match.com because it is a good way to reach for people outside your circle of friends and acquaintances.
I am a happy and solar person. Sometimes I have my blue days, but who doesn't?
My left and right brain constantly fight against each other, so I turned out to be an Engineer with passion for music. I play guitar, piano, and drums. I love Gospel music.
I like kids and playing with them. I like their smile and do stupid things to make them laugh.
I am very active so I never get bored. I like volleyball and soccer, surf (even if I suck at it!) and swimming.
I have a lot more things to share about me if you ever decide to contact me.
I hope to hear from you!
Date single man from San Diego, United States. Match Protocol: Wink=no think=no response. If I favorite you, it's because somehow I saw your profile and it was interesting. I use that as a bookmark so I can read more about you later. I am
on Match not to just date... I do want to be in an exclusive relationship. Work-wise I've been in Sales/Marketing my whole career... Primarily in health care although recently I've been doing some work with start-ups! Currently working for a really cool new company Downtown and I'm heading up sales. I value my friendships and work hard to maintain a pretty scattered international social network. I am high energy and a pretty good sense of humor. I love telling jokes and pulling practical jokes. I know a lot of people around the world .. Ex pats and foreign alike and love to travel. 39 countries and counting... Never meet a stranger...I love history by day and going out by night when I travel. Rome is the best combo for this I've ever found...ROMA!! My heart is probably in Australia though! I love sports. Playing.. Watching.. In that order. I would love to meet someone that plays tennis. When the US/Australian Open is going on, it is like the Superbowl for me! Being in shape is a must for me and my match. I have been a volunteer pretty much all my life. I was a boy scout leader for 8 years, I've done the Big Brother program, Junior Achievement, Habitat for humanity etc. I have been given a lot in life so I feel I should give back and I love it. Besides that I'm pretty straightforward, what you see is what you get. I'm like a kid in some ways because I love to goof off and make people laugh etc. Generally my life is a blast and I want to keep the train rollin'! All Aboard!!
I'm also very analytical.. I love tools and tests. I subscribe to the love languages thought process and the MBTI... I'm ESTP in case you care.
So what am I looking for? A woman that is happy with her life. She is emotionally stable and doesn't need excessive reinforcement to feel secure in herself. I want to add to her happiness not be the reason for it. I don’t really care about what she does for a living but I want her to have passion around it. My match probably is known for being gracious and kind. Nothing attracts me more than a woman with a big heart! I have to obviously be physically attracted to my match. Generally, I like women that are tall and in good shape. I also want someone that is smart and is not afraid to take a stand on issues. Even if we don’t agree, having a stand is important to me. I also must be impressed by a woman. I think a man has to be impressed by his woman in some fashion in order to really respect her. There are an infinite number of ways that this can be done. Surprise me. Also I am high energy and need someone that has fun and is fun. If that sounds like a lot, that’s because it is. I think I bring a lot to the table and look forward to sharing it with someone.
Meet a soulmate from San Diego, United States. Date a man from San Diego, United States. Before we get too far, I'd like to come right out and admit that I hit a new low tonight...I actually looked up my own profile and winked at myself. I thought it was funny at first...but later realized it was a bit pretentious. To teach myself a lesson, I responded with one of the dreaded "Thanks, but no thanks" emails. Ugh.
Anyway, from what I understand, this is where I'm supposed to convince you that when I'm not taking long, reflective walks along the beach or jet-setting around the world, an average day for me consists of extremely rigorous activities such as swimming laps around the Coronado bridge or taking an afternoon jog to Temecula. While I'm sure I can b.s. with the best of them, I think I'll just stick to listing some of the things that I actually enjoy doing and we can take it from there: happy hours, going to the movies, bookstores (especially when I can find one of the ever-disappearing number of chairs to sit in), searching the city for the perfect margarita (oh so elusive), crossword puzzles, BBQ's, a great bottle of wine (red), museums, live music, outdoor dining, Balboa Park, spaghetti, Golden Spoon Fro-Yo, reading several books at once (and at least one on my Kindle), listening to NPR, playing Words With Friends on my iPhone, Antiques Roadshow (seriously), The Soup, anything on HGTV, spending time with my two nieces, genuinely nice people, and good conversation.
I realize I'm probably in the minority here, but I'm not interested in dating several people at the same time. I would much rather find someone who is at the same "place" in their dating-life that I am...someone ready to stop searching and start creating. There will always be someone bigger and better online...at some point you have to stop rushing home after a great date just to see who else winked at you...right?
PS: if your profile mentions that you're looking for someone who "is as comfortable wearing jeans as he is wearing a tux" I'll be forced to gag myself with a spork...unless you happen to be really, really hot...and then you can pretty much get away with anything.
PS2: because it always comes up sooner or later...yes, I happen to be freakishly good at air hockey
Meet someone special from San Diego, United States. I am a full time Systems Engineer working in first installation and multi-tiered technical support. I am a road-warrior and I spend at least 1/6th of the year in the plane/train/automobile visiting client locations installing servers or troubleshooting mission critical systems across the globe. I am also a part time freelance photographer and pickup assignments when I am available. I have a few clients that I have an ongoing relationship with and will likely be photographing till the day I die. I volunteer yearly in support of music education and the betterment of bands. You may find me from time to time playing with a band while wearing lederhosen (generally only late September through early October, and I expect you to raise a toast during these events). I have two cats and they are family to me (and if you missed it in the tag line they are spoiled).
I like sushi, pizza, hot wings, avocados, artichokes, and craft-beers (the darker the better, except when I'm feeling hoppy). In the summer I prefer ice cream to cake. In the fall I like ice cream with my apple pie. I like to visit Balboa Park a few times every quarter to see the new exhibits on display at the museums; also during the summer I like to catch a couple of the performances at the Organ Pavilion. I am more at home with some small indie/tribute band in a cozy club, than 1 of 50,000 packed into some sports arena. I am a subtitle fiend, in that I prefer movies in the native language with English subtitles (and the first time you see a Chinese movie dubbed into Japanese; with English subtitles it'll blow your mind!). I dress-up for Comic-Con, and I don't expect you to know what character or show/movie is referenced by my costume!
I prefer watching collegiate (and Olympic) sports instead of professional sports. One of my ankles and I are currently not on speaking terms at this time, if you are a runner I will join you (providing I get to ride my bicycle). Besides the ubiquitous strolls along the beach I also love to hike in the many regional parks (and I apologize in advance if we hike together and I bring a camera; there may be many breaks during the hiking to snap an image or 20 images). I swim but rather slowly and more for relaxation than for exercise; one day I plan to snorkel with the Leopard sharks in La Jolla. I bowl better than I golf and love to do both. Don't bother with wanting to know what my handicap is (golf), let's just agree that each hole I am allowed a handful of mulligans. I like to ski and plan to transition to learning how to snowboard this winter (followed in the spring with likely learning how to walk again; 2011 was a bust for skiing looking forward to the 2012 season now).
I can spend a whole day traveling a mile, as I would be photographing the journey and the many wonderful items encountered along the path. I take the time to smell the roses in life and to pick the thorns out of my clothing from when I wander off the path. I would rather snuggle with you on the sofa watching a movie at home than to be sardine'd into individual seats at a movie theater. I like to wear a suit when going to the theatre for a play, musical, or opera. I like children and one day see myself being a loving (husband and) father (until the children hit their teen years and they hate me for having them grounded for being home after 10PM). I like drama in the theater, on television, in books, but not in real-life. I prefer board games (and play a mean Connect Four) to video games, but do play video games between 2-4 hours a week (mostly to trash talk with friends no longer in San Diego). I enjoy puzzles not only on paper but the kind I can spread on a table (and lose pieces thanks to kitty intervention).
Date single man from California, United States. Honest, caring, and a dreamer.
I believe in love, and in attraction. I believe in finding the right person, but in also being polyamorous.
A Day In The Life
I read the news today, oh boy.
About a lucky man who made the grade.
And though the news was rather sad,
Well, I just had to laugh
I saw the photograph
He blew his mind out in a car;
He didn't notice that the lights had changed.
A crowd of people stood and stared,
They'd seen his face before,
Nobody was really sure if he was from the House of Lords.
I saw a film today, oh boy;
The English army had just won the war.
A crowd of people turned away,
But I just had to look,
Having read the book
I'd love to turn you on.
Woke up, fell out of bed,
dragged a comb across my head.
Found my way downstairs and drank a cup,
and looking up, I noticed I was late.
Found my coat and grabbed my hat
made the bus in seconds flat.
Found my way upstairs and had a smoke.
And somebody spoke and I went into a dream.
Ah I read the news today, oh boy,
four thousand holes in Blackburn, Lancashire
And though the holes were rather small,
They had to count them all
Now they know how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall.
I'd love to turn you on.
