I have 3 beautiful neices in Lakeside and have a hard time going beyond a week without seeing them. Most of my extended family is in the San Diego area,. I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area /Northern California for many years and most of my close friends are still there. I try to get up there as often as possible, as well as down to San Felipe Mexico where my parents reside. I was living in the Palm Springs Area recently and rally enjoyed it! Very different lifestyle.

I've started with a personal trainer once a week to get me into the best shape of my life. I slacked off for several years and a recent injury (Pinched right C8 root I've nearly fully recovered from) convinced me to get back to the gym and work hard. I'm down to 175 from 190 last year. I'm not there yet but I see I'm going to get there, I currently resemble a Sherman tank.
