Date someone special from Encinitas, United States. LetРІР‚в„ўs see if the same things make us laugh
I love to travel the world and have even lived abroad at times. However, I always enjoy coming back. What about you? Do you enjoy domestic or international travels?
People have said I have a magnetic personality, I think its just that I enjoy being with people. I am a good listener and life strikes me as rather ironic. Friends describe me as reliable, fun, curious, sincere, loyal, intelligent, risk-taker, inquisitive, spontaneous.
I lead an active life, spending my days involved with my own part-time business, being with friends, going to museums, or the performing arts, or volunteering at the Botanic Gardens. In the evenings I love to sing and socialize so IРІР‚в„ўm a member of 2 chorale groups. Next year IРІР‚в„ўd like to learn to dance, perhaps West Coast Swing or Salsa dancing.
In 2012, IРІР‚в„ўll definitely be traveling again, including some fun international destinations. Being at the gardens and traveling gives me the perfect excuse to apply my photography. IРІР‚в„ўm really enjoying this time of my life where my work is part-time and I can venture out domestically or internationally. IРІР‚в„ўm looking for a man who would enjoy sharing traveling like that, too, at least sometimes. Having been happily married before, IРІР‚в„ўm not looking to race into marriage anytime soon. I would, however, really enjoy a romantic friend and possibly a life partner again with whom to share lifeРІР‚в„ўs adventures.
IРІР‚в„ўve downsized houses recently and am really loving having a smaller place to take care of and enjoy. I like cooking a good meal with a partner or sharing a meal with friends. Do you enjoy cooking or do you find yourself eating most of your meals out these days?
I really enjoy getting outdoors whether it is on a light hiking trail, riding my bicycle, golfing, or over at the beach. Now mind you, IРІР‚в„ўm not a major hiker nor mountaineer, but I enjoy the outdoors, getting out, and doing things. I enjoy pottery and other crafts . I look forward to learning about new interests that you have as well.
Meet a soulmate from Encinitas, United States. Wow! The first 65 years have zoomed by and I am thankful for the love, joy, adventure, family and friends, children, grandchild, fun, laughter, travel and enjoying good health that I have experienced. There has been some sorrow but we know that only through sorrow can you experience joy-thats what they say anyway. Hoping the next 25 plus years will be as wonderful (God willing! )
Have tons of energy but it can be tamed by the right man, especially if he is gentle, easy going and has a great sense of humor!
Love a "normal" personality and do not like drama. Only in the movies!
I am very affectionate and physical with someone I care for and am not turned off by some public display of affection! Kissing, hugs and touch are good for ones health.
Love to write, photograph, people watch, travel, and enjoy people from all cultures and walks of life. Love to eat! Enjoy cooking outside, fine dining, outdoor cafes, coffee houses, dancing, and enjoy a little bubbly each day.
I have had three careers as a teacher, flight attendant, Child Development Director for the military (retired early) and am happy to be working only part time as a realtor. The rest of the time is for fun, like spur of the moment outings and travel.
Lived overseas many years while working for the military both while married and single, and hope to revisit the places I have lived and worked, including; Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Greece (Crete), Turkey, Hawaii, Japan, Korea and Vietnam.
My New Years Resolution is to write (or at least work on) a humorous book for female baby boomers.
It's hard to put a glimpse of ones life in a few sentences, and it's hard to write about yourself. A little uncomfortable!
So tell me about you!
Date a woman from Encinitas, United States. Are you an intelligent, caring man who is interested in finding a good friend?
My neighbor's husband told me the other day that I was "too good to waste living alone". At first I did not understand what he was saying since I have now found serenity in my singleness. As he continuted to tell me how attractive, intelligent, and caring he thought I was and how any intelligent, caring man would give his left, I think he said arm, to find someone like me, that I was doing a disservice to intelligent, caring men by not make myself more available.
As I thought more about this conversation, it made me realize that I should broaden my horizons and "test the market" for the possibilty of finding a friend who would be interested in sharing some time together and enjoying each other's company. Are you an intelligent, caring man who is interested in finding a friend? If you are, contact me. I don't want to get ahead of myself and think beyond friendship, but I can dream...
