At this point in my life I've been fortunate enough to have been in love more than once and I've had my heart broken more than once as well. So I'm not interested in any game playing, no drama, no jealousy, etc. We've come this far in our lives and are on this site with the same idea hopefully, and that is to find a friend, a partner, and a mate for the remainder of our lives. Finding friendship is the key element for me. Someone to talk to, share ideas with, enjoy what life has to offer us, and basically be compatible with one another for more than just the first few dates.
Ways to get my attention are that you're a down to earth guy with a good/great sense of humor who's looking for your best friend and if it's in the cards, your life partner. Marriage is optional and should not be discussed or entered into too quickly if at all. You should be a happy individual who's socially well adjusted, and content with where you are in your life.
You should have your own interests and continue to with them. Being a couple does not mean giving up the lives we had before we met. It means we should meld our lives together and find mutual interests along the way.
My interests include playing the ukulele, traveling a bit, taking a Sunday drive, evenings at home with my partner, having a glass of wine, dining out, enjoying time with friends and family, yoga, and walking.
