I like to laugh, walk in a natural setting, or just sit home quietly reading a book. I don't take myself too seriously and do not like to be around people who do. A little more about me: I am fascinated by whales and have whale-watched in Maui, Alaska, Monterey, and the Channel Islands. My next adventure will be to San Ignacio Lagoon in Baja. After a lifetime of searching for God and practicing a few religions, I am now comfortable with seeing life as a wonderful mystery. Continuing to grow and learn are also very important to me. I have enjoyed traveling with Road Scholar because the trips are supplemented with interesting lectures. While sitting on the beach may be nice for a day or two, it can become boring very quickly. "Doing" is much more fun than just sitting.
