Date a soulmate from California, United States. I am an attractive, retired woman in my middle 60's, tall, slim, non-smoker, who loves dogs. Since my home is in western Contra Costa, I prefer someone who lives close to my area. I am financially secure and seek a partner who is also financially secure.
I am seeking a monogamous relationship with a single, white male 66-71, who is a non-smoker, at least 6 ft tall, reasonably fit, who values differences of opinions. It took many experiences to shape who we are today, and I want someone who values that life journey.
I love traveling, and would like to do more of that with a special person. I am a history buff and love old movies, mysteries, biographies and dining on diverse kinds of foods. Anyone who answers should share my likes, especially my love of dogs.
I realize that a long term relationship starts slowly. Getting to know each other takes time, as does the decision to have a relationship.
Hopefully, anyone responding will share my goals, and is ultimately seeking a long term relationship.
Meet someone special from California, United States. Life is a gift and has to be lived contiunuosly doing what provides true happiness, with a dedication to a purposeful living. Yes, I'm active, working full time, healthy--thank God!. I'm happy, yet it would certainly be more fulfilling to have a special man who cares, one who I can look up to, because of his strength of character & ample wisdom. Maybe God will avail me a continuation of a happy partnership with a Christian man: someone trustworthy, can laugh and cry; can guide and be guided by the Omnipotent, Loving Lord of heaven and earth. After all, God gives His children the best, not the second best. Are you interested, because initially, I'd rather the man reaches for me, than vice versa. Call/write me, will you?
Date a woman from California, United States. Yesterday I went hiking at Pt. Reyes. The trail up to Mt Wittenberg was moist and soft under foot. A number of trees were bloomingwild cherries perhaps. Forget-Me-Nots were everywhere and we spotted a few trillium. Later I and my two daughters watched my toddling grandchild chase pine cones in Divide Meadow. It was a grand day.
I love being outdoors whether gardening in my backyard or looking for birds at the Richmond Marina or walking near the coast in West Marin. I also like seeking adventure in unusual places. West Texas is a favorite spot.
I start the day with a look at the Chronicle and New York Times. I do like to read. I recently finished Richard PowerРІР‚в„ўs The Echo Maker. I like to cook. And I exercise. And I like to hear music and go to museums.
My job is often exhilarating, always challenging, and sometimes exhausting. I teach. My work gives me access into the lives of eleven year-olds which I value. When it is most fun, we are learning side by side. Other times I am pushing to open doors of experience that they might not otherwise enter. On most days I feel my work and that of my colleagues makes a difference. I have been fortunate to be involved in a school program which has allowed me to work with leaders in the field of ecology, a subject close to my heart.
I have extended family nearby and I have deep friendships but I am looking for more. I want a close connection to fill out my life, to share the big moments and the small ones. I want love to put a smile on my face.
