I finally put up a few photos , mostly goofy me , but since that is a part of who I am, I decided to post them....I am definetly still a kid at heart, love to be playful and laugh , and always try to see the glass as half full. If you prefer a dark cloud to a bright sunny day we are probably not right for each other. However if you wake each morning grateful for the new day and say a little blessing each night as the sun sets, we could be off to good start! One of my favorite end to any day is watching the sunset... And summer is here!!!!
So many great activities to enjoy ... Surfing, paddle boarding , live music at so many outdoor venues, moonlight amphitheater , BBQ with friends, all great !!!!! ..... I consider myself still fairly new to the area. I relocated from Northern CA about a year ago.
I grew up in a small farm town in IL where my immediate family still lives. It was a great way to be raised, but as they say, once you head West, you don't go back. But i love traveling back to visit and enjoy the cold for a VERY short period of time at Christmas. I lived in Northern CA for 7 yrs and Arizona for 2 yrs (all job transfers) Now, I've transferred to San Diego which I intend on making my long term home.

Most of my professors asked me if I could explain my ideas with a little more detail. I am not prolific with my words when writing but can be quite loquacious when speaking. So that should serve as my defense if you find some of my answers a bit succinct. When I think back over my life, I realize I have seen alot of new places and met alot of people. It is only when I tell stories about my younger years that I find myself remotely interesting. Ok, that is a bit self-depricating. I packed alot in during my first 25. I am in the midst of a life transition, apparently not unusual for women at my age. I really enjoy travel and meeting new and interesting people. It has been a while since I have done this. Perhaps, that will be in my future. I prefer to live in the moment. Plans and dreams are good, but in the end all we have is now. I love music, everything from the Clash to Beethoven. I have yet to meet my perfect match. Doesn't everybody say "a good sense of humor" is important? I was brought up with sarcasm, so I am very comfortable with it. I realize that not everyone is and I don't like to be judgemental. If you can take it, I can dish it out and vise versa. I think it would be important for him to like travel and being social. Someone who is not intimidated by an assertive and outgoing women, would also be a good idea. I would say that my dog would have to like him, but I very sadly lost my best friend "Timmy" this summer.
