I worked on a dude ranch as a wrangler for four years during college before moving out to California to pursue a teaching job. I taught middle school Math and coached basketball for two years, I decided that I hated teaching and missed wide open spaces. I made some great friends in the bay area, but "California ain't no place for a cowboy like me"...which is the title of a song I'm in the process of writing...
...I like singing and playing my guitar in my downtime. My main influence is Johnny Cash. I'm interested to see where my singing/songwriting takes me. But in the meantime, I plan on coming back to Colorado, go on plenty of horseback rides, ski in the winter, and just have fun.

Career wise... I am going on 7 years in the USAF. I have completed two tours in Afghanistan and overall I have found it to be rewarding. In anycase, the USAF is not the last stop. I actually intend on getting out in pursuit of other career goals that I cannot fullfill being Active Duty.
Okay so what do I do for fun... I am really big into drinking a good red wine, hiking, traveling, partying (I play hard just as I work hard), martial arts, white water rafting, running, weight lifting, and much more; just ask. Overall I am always up for a new experience.
