Grew up with a wonderful Grandfather that allowed me to follow him to the river to fish and taught be how to be still and sit on a deer stand as a very young girl. And then a grandmother that taught me to cook, she loved it and so do I. She always reminded me to 'be a lady'. Love to laugh and 'cut up'. I am fortunate enough to work with great folks in a stressful job in the Telecommunication field and laughter is the secret to bouncing back .I would very much like to find that partner that works hard....but plays even harder. Just bought a bicycle and am really enjoying the days riding. Have golf clubs, but they are in the back of the closet and I haven't played in a while. Never got the long game down too well. Had the opportunity to visit the "Old Course" sometime ago and would love to return to Scotland and see more. . My husband passed away unexpectedly 1/1/11. I thought I'ld never want another man in my life, now I hear special songs and I want to dance so bad. Pain and grief turn into loneliness. We had a wonderful circle of friends that I pushed away because I was the only one without a spouse, I felt out of place even in my own home. I work in a very busy doctors office, long hours, but I love my job. I'm off weekends and holidays, that's when I feel the need for a friend, someone to go out with,or someone to just hang out with. I use to be the one that gathered everyone together to play cards, or cook out, or go to the lake,or river, I bought the 1st Wii game and got all the crew hooked on bowling, I miss having a Best Friend to laugh with, to get up and dance with, even to just disagree with. I can take care of myself, I'm not desperate, I just want a partner to enjoy life with again. I don't plan to ever re-marry, I would have too much to lose, but that does't mean I want to be by myself all of the time either.If there's anyone just looking for a friend/buddy, let's talk.
. I believe that you should not expect one bit more than you are willing to give, and that everyone should give into anything, that they involve themselves with, 100% of what they can. I think that if you are unable or unwilling to l,eave things andor people AT LEAST as well as you found them, you are not worth your salt.
