Meet a man from California, United States. I am a very easy going / single guy. I'm looking for my last first date and it seems impossible to find. I work out and try to stay in shape. I have learned several positive lessons from both a 17 year marriage and past relationship experiences… Lessons about honesty, communication and being supportive. When my marriage ended and after the smoke cleared, I was able to see that it did not fail due to 100% actions on my ex. I know that it takes actions on both to cause a relationship to fail. Knowing that, I was committed to find out what I needed to change to make sure I did not bring that into a new relationship. What I found was that that I did not know how to communicate and listen to others. After reading several books on how to be a better communicator and listener. I found out how that was a big lesson to learn. Realizing and learning from that has changed my life for the better.
I pride myself on being a gentlemen and a kind / compassionate person. I am proud of the fact that I now consider myself a good communicator and look forward to the positives it will bring to my next relationship.
