Date single man from Encinitas, United States. Ok, so I guess this is what the dating world had come to, 75% online beauty contest and 25% college entrance essay questions ;). Well, so be it.
Much like all of the other profiles that you have read, I am a fantabulously amazing person...really, just ask me (I'm a tad bit sarcastic). I won't bore you to tears with the stories of how many children / puppies I have saved from burning buildings (jk), but will focus on how I live each day. I believe that it is important to live your day-to-day life in way that truly reflects your beliefs and values (while still having fun, of course). So I open doors and say bless you to strangers (not necessarily at the same time, unless they are sneezing while they are walking into a building). I pick up other dogs poop at the dog park (not with bare hands, that would be nasty). I hold the elevator door for people (which always seems to surprise people that someone would do that). I try to be a considerate person (not so much for inconsiderate, oblivious, or self-absorbed people, which there are plenty).
But don't confuse these actions with not being strong. I'm a man of strong convictions, opinions, self-confidence, and determination. I am open to new ideas and opposing viewpoints (so long as you can make a good case for them). Friends tend to seek me out for advice because they know that they will get an honest remark and I tend have fairly keen insight ( I've made a lot of mistakes, so now I know what not to do ;) )
By bustin' my butt, treating people right, taking some chances, and a pinch of good fortune; I have achieved a nice level of success in my career. I really enjoy what I do and the people with whom I have been fortunate to collaborate. In a past career, I was a personal trainer for 3 years. So I like to keep in shape and take good care of myself. Occasional indulgences are necessary though. We all need a little reward....right ;)
Being raised in a small town in the Midwest instilled a strong sense of integrity, responsibility, and family in me. I love having a good time, going on an adventures, travel, and feel confident in any situation.
I am at a place in my life where I know what I want and am selective as to with whom I invest my time. Time is the most precious commodity. I am looking for someone with depth of character, that has a solid blend of self-confidence, but can still relax and be comfortable with who they are; loves to laugh; is kind-hearted but not a push-over, and has an appreciation for all of the challenges / rewards that life has to offer.
I have have an amazing little boy that I adopted and have primary custody of him. Family is the most the important thing to me.

Meet a man from Encinitas, United States. Growing up in a mellow little beachy town north of San Diego made me who I am today. It's a big city now, but I'm still the same small town guy. Laughing, joking and having fun is ten times better than worrying about what people think of you. I'm an affectionate, humble, hard working, independent easy going, down to earth intelligent and baggage-free guy who tries to make people around me feel comfortable. I like working around the house, going on road trips, and I am a good listener. We contractors have some flexibility in hours and I've traveled a lot, plus you quickly rack up travel miles on the company card.
Why sweat the small stuff? I've worked hard at making a solid foundation for the future and like to relax or do something fun on the weekend, not deal with drama. I hope to find a special girl who's path never crossed my way, or crosses my way again. And this time I don't say anything stupid. It seems kind of rear but I never took drugs. I have travelled all over and seen a lot of unbelievably great places places. My friends say I am funny once I get going but I'm usually too shy to start a conversation, I hope that's why I'm still single. I am looking for a fairly independent charismatic, sarcastically funny, intelligent girl who can challenge me, but that's more of a guideline than a rule.
