I used to flip houses so am fairly handy with remodeling and like to build and repair computers. I grew up in north eastern Fresno County. We lived in a, then, very rural area with few neighbors my age. I spent a lot of time alone as a kid, hiking, exploring nature, and reading as much as I could. It was a combination cattle ranch and farm- fig orchards, dry farming barley, hay barns, free range chickens, cattle, and goats, and miles of range land rolling to the foothills.
I enjoy reading to others. I like singing and do on my own, a trait I got from my oldest uncle. I am patient, especially with someone I love. Opening doors for and standing when a woman enters the room is second nature. I am an introvert, although most would not guess. I need time alone to recharge and to collect my thoughts.

The photo is from my 60th Surprise Birthday Party (I didn't want anyone to think I run around like that), where the theme was the Sopronos (I have all 6 seasons, It's an Italian thing). They put six duck decoys in the pool, (like from that one episode where the duck family takes up residence in Tony's pool). So they made me wear the bathrobe and gold chain (I hadn't had that chain on in 40 years, stopped wearing it when I came West and became educated and civilized).
