Date a man from Mill Valley, United States. New to the area.
In fact, super new... just accepted a job here and start in July.
So...
If you are looking for an intelligent, compassionate, caring, successful, supportive man, then you need to look no further. I also have a really great sense of humor and, I can be pretty funny at times (rolling in the isles, funny… just ask my son!) Having laughter in my life is very important to me.
I love the outdoors, travel, movies, theater, art, sports, nice restaurants and good wine.
My ideal match... should be very attractive, supportive and loving. All in all a beautiful woman both inside and out. She should be comfortable with who she is and know what she wants out of life. She should enjoy many of the same things I do, yet have her own joys.
Bonus points go to anyone who plays golf, skis or enjoys fly-fishing.
OK, OK... blah, blah, blah.
Here is the real deal.
I like women who are independent. I don't need any co-dependency issues in my life. So... if you are co-dependant... forget it!
I like women who have a brain and are not afraid to express their opinion. Have you ever spent a beautiful evening, at a fabulous restaurant talking to someone who is dumb as a rock? I have.
I like women who don't take themselves too seriously. I believe that everyone (yes, this includes me) needs to have his/her "character built" on a regular basis. So, if you are overly sensitive about this sort of thing then don't even bother, I am wasting your time.
I like women who enjoy variety in their physical expression of love. I am not into really kinky stuff (though I am open to suggestion) but, that being said, the whole "sexy librarian" thing or a rendezvous at a hotel (in the afternoon, while I am supposed to be at the office)… that sort of thing is A OK. I do like women who are loving and supportive. But, I believe that this is a two way street. So, I would expect you to expect this of me too.
Golf, skiing and fly-fishing are still worth bonus points.
Meet someone special from Mill Valley, United States. I spend the day with a smile on my face, working hard, playing hard, and doing my best to do it all with liberal doses of grace, heart, and humor. I am ambitious and accomplished, with various awards and patents to my credit, but seek balance between work and personal life. I am a Hippie-With-A-Haircut. I love to eat well and to travel. I lean to the techy/gadget-head side, addicted to good coffee. I am Left of Center. I’ve been described as Energetic, Sensual, Lively, Caring, Cute (?), Adventurous, Romantic and Fun. Sometimes Intense, but in the good way. I crave smart conversation with smartypants friends. I’m known as a “mensch,” (knowing what that means is a plus!). I am handy with tools and tend to fix things rather than call in the tradesfolk. I believe that if I hold on to single socks, the missing mate will eventually reappear. An experienced sailor, being on the water is one of my favorite activities. I am a bump-run skier, and usually get to the Rockies or Tahoe at least once a year. I love to cook for two or more, and am known to create some delicious meals. I am an executive in the Broadcast and Motion Picture business (technical side), but not “Hollyweird.” My pride-and-joy is my 15-year-old daughter. She lives two-thirds of the time with her Mom nearby, but we talk nearly every day, and I watch with amazment as she grows into a wonderful, powerful, intelligent human being. I have a lively sense of humor, though friends wish I’d learn some new jokes. I love to see live music, especially if we can dance. I sing loudly and badly when alone in a car. I like crossword puzzles. I have quality friends, and work at being emotionally available. I try to do the right thing, even when it is uncomfortable or inconvenient. I love to laugh.
You are a do-it-all woman: adventurous yet subtle, smart and silly, spontanious but a forward-thinker, accomplished yet modest, sohisticated yet silly, stylish in a cocktail dress, comfortable in hiking boots. You respect other cultures and other belief systems. You make friends with the couple standing with us in line at the movie theater or on the next barstools. And hopefully, you don't get seasick easily.
Date a soulmate from Mill Valley, United States. I spend a lot of time with my two young daughters. Soccer coaching, Play dates, Lunch making, Home working and more. I am interested in meeting someone else who knows the Absolute joys of raising kids as well as the frustrations of sometimes putting your own needs second. Thankfully, I do have every other weekend to fly off to LAs vegas, Jazz fest or HArbin and appreciate a partner who likes to travel / adventure / be outdoors.
Otherwise, I just am looking to be comfortable and happy. Not really interested in multiple dating. Much prefer to be picky, to be choosy and to be happy...even if life will be more complete (not better) when my soul mate is found.
Let's meet for lunch, bike ride or other fun adventure.
PS- I also Love live music. This weekend was Fitz and the tantrums, Pimps of Joytime and Wilco!!! Does that tell you something about me and if we would be a match?
