I'm a dad first. I have two fabulous children. My daughter loves horses. My son loves all sports. They both excel in school. To be right up front, they're the center of my life. I love what I do for a living, but I really love my kids. Regardless of how successful I am in my career, the greatest thing I'll ever do in my life is raise my children to be caring, compassionate, educated, successful individuals who contribute to their communities and always offer a helping hand to those less fortunate than they are. Needless to say, whomever I bring into my life must like children in general and my children in particular.
I'm an attorney second. I own my own small law firm in Walnut Creek. We'll soon have an office in San Francisco too. I put a lot of energy into growing the business, and derive a lot of satisfaction from seeing the fruits of my labors. The firm is small but growing, and at the end of the day it's mine. That feels pretty good.
While I'm serious about, and most proud of, being a great father and attorney, I also enjoy having fun. I love the outdoors, particularly, swimming, cycling, running, hiking with the dogs, and skiing. I really enjoy golf, but you wouldn't be able to tell by my game. It's really bad, but I'll keep trying.
I also enjoy cooking for friends and family, and entertaining them in my home. I'm much more of a "small intimate dinner party kind of guy" rather than a "loud bar scene type of guy". I enjoy fine wine and am an amatuer winemaker, creating several varietals each year. I name them after the kids and the dogs, in no particular order.
I enjoy traveling to visit friends and family and eventually would like to travel the world as part of my childrens' education and my personal enjoyment.
