Meet someone special from Carlsbad, United States. I love life as it comes and spending time with family, my sweetheart to be and friends. I think I am chronologically younger by say 10 years. I am dedicated to being healthy and fit and live a good life. I am a good person (at least that is what my sons and friends tell me). I enjoy meditating, learning to do yoga, walking along the beach, watching sunsets on the ocean, working out and reading books on personal and spiritual development. I like to be adventurous. I like to sit on the beach reading a great book with the sun on my skin, the sand in my toes and enjoy the blowing wind. I am a people person and I enjoy getting to know about others and travel to other countries and get to know other cultures.

Who likes to work out and takes care of herself and who is mindful about what she eats. I think it's great if two people have some of the same interests and , but it's also great to be open to trying other things together. I enjoy being with a women who projects an image of kindness, is considerate and is caring towards others feelings. I believe that at this point in my life I have learned from experience who I am, what I want, and what I have to give. I have a full life and cherish my family, friends, volunteering, my spirituality, my free time. It would be wonderful to add another dimension to that in the form of a fulfilling relationship. I just retired as Capt from a major U.S. Airline and am ready to travel for fun rather that work. I own a small single engine airplane that keeps my hand in flying and also used for volunteer flying for Angel Flight West -- a compassion based service flying those that have medical problems to where they need to go. Date a soulmate from California, United States. I am in the process of relocating my business, Don Cordier Aviation, from the Van Nuys Airport to an airport in San Diego County. Therefore, I intend to purchase a home and live in a beach community from the San Clemente-Dana Point area southward to as-far-south-as Imperial Beach. While the impact of the current recession has hindered my progress and my relocation has been somewhat delayed, I am is still in progress towards my goal. Because I am fiscally conservative and socially a moderate, I get along well with all political leanings.
I would like to meet a woman who enjoys conversations about many topics of mutual interest, relaxing over a nice dinner at a small, cozy restaurant and enjoys private times as-well-as time with mutual friends. I enjoy a lot of time away from business and would like to meet a woman who would enjoy weekends at the beach, out of town travel for concerts or light day hiking excursions. My fitness interests are varied and I always like to try something new, however, I do enjoy my many favorite activities including cycling (mostly road but do like some light trail/mountain biking), triathlons, hiking (light and local), rowing (shell, kayak, canoe), surfing (and the beach in general), martial arts and gymnastics as-well-as many other activities. In closing, I am a very "easy going" person. My friends and some of my past dates describe me as a "Dennis Prager" or "Joel Osteen" type of guy. My biggest claim to fame is I carry no current baggage (maybe a little from the past) I have no vices other than I have a passion for life.(Living each day and getting the most out of it). I work out three days a week, I love all kinds of music, and have a very diverse taste in artists including Luther Van Dros, Hall & Oates, Kenny loggins, Boz Scaggs, Motown, and Barbara Streisand, Old time movies, current movies, and theatre are a great love of mine, and yes I am somewhat of a novelty in that as a white man I have rythmn and love to dance. I tape Oprah everyday. I have been known to just sit on a couch and watch mindless TV once in awhile.
