It is my way of keeping fit and blocking out stress which is very important to me. I do a lot of things off the bike too. I love alpine skiing, scuba diving, swimming and just about any activity in or around the beach. Some of the things I do to relax are listening to music, reading a good book, watching a good movie occasionally.
