I really enjoying being retired. (I am now 60),I finally have the freedom to do things on impulse or plan and execute more complicated adventures. At the same time, I have no desire to rush through things like there is no tomorrow. I enjoy taking my time and exploring new discoveries.
I am spiritual but not heavy into religion. I have been very fortunate just from the goodness in life.

I work full-time, M-F. I am very handy around the house, including honey-do lists, choosing wine, and washing dishes. Philosophy is my favorite topic of conversation. I still think the Beatles are awesome. I am writing a kids book and have teamed with an illustrator to work toward publication in 2012.
Looking ahead, I want to have an active "senior" life including volunteering, traveling, and working part-time. I'd like to have a partner for the next 30 years; a best friend/lover.
