The usual boilerplate...a little bout me.
I spend time with my family (1B and 2G and 5 grandbabies). I get my play time in. I like travel. I love pool/spa time, beaches/piers... going to fine restaurants and live entertainment. I enjoy movies but would rather go to a live performance...have seen many of the Cirque shows...favorite is "O". For gym time, try to get to 24 hr fitness sport a couple times a week. I have a cross trainer Topeak Jango that is a great bike (not a Trek but works great for me). Exploring, walking the beahes and piers...just having fun....so many things to do.
Music lately has been pop...Bruno Mars, Adele, Lil Wayne...Any local live bands. I enjoy most genre.
I love Vegas...try to go a few times a year...and usually stay at the Venetian/Palazzo or Wynn.

Our physical appearance should not be our most defining trait, but some quality of character could be a reflection. One that is ever open to learning gets a big approval from me. Would appreciate a confident, non-overbearing woman at my side for the long run or steady walk.
I'm a man that can be dragged along or accompanied side by side. I am intrigued by intelligent, confident women who are aware of their sexuality and are not afraid to use it. LOL. Actually, I'm considered "very good looking" by many friends. I do enjoy playing golf and walking, bike riding and bodysurfing.
I am easy going and receptive to new ideas and adventures, though relaxing to a good movie and some great wine is ideal.I regularly have a glass of Pinot Noir or other red wine with dinner and enjoy sharing with another that appreciates fine wine. Now that I've depicted a wino, allow me to say that I'm in a state of reflection and working on improving my health.... body, mind and soul. I'm learning all the time and hope to continue on that path. Living across the street from the ocean with a beautiful beach is such a blessing and it would be comforting to have someone to walk the shoreline to the pier with and enjoy gorgeous sunsets.
Cooking and bbqing are a passion and I really appreciate the company of other "foodies" and seeing the enjoyment that friends display in that type of setting. I don't drink too much or too little and really enjoy good red wines. I'd much rather cook for a woman than dine out and find the rapport to be exciting and more disclosing during the prep, when there is genuine interest from both parties. Intelligent conversation and bearing of the soul seems more likely when sharing the entire experience of shopping, preparing and dining together. The desire to see and be seen is of little importance to me and a quiet night at my humble digs is preferred over mingling at a bar....unless it offers quality karaoke!
Was on the beach this morning and realized that life is like the waves. It comes at different speeds and direction and with varying ferocity and can be mild or broken up and choppy. I now know that I am a Surfer of Life!

I belong to the gym but am not a gym rat, like to swim and do yoga, as hard as I try I do carry "a few" extra pounds...but there are six pack abs underneath, I swear!

I can be very active or just laid back depending on my mood, easy to entice into trying something new, I turn on a dime and will adapt to the changing world as we go (assuming "we" exists).

Meet men and women from United States. I've met some very nice ladies, but not the ONE yet, and I think the reason has been my lack of clarity. This time I'll be more precise:
I own a vitamin manufacturing company in Oregon and I travel there every 4-5 weeks for a week. I have a condo in Austin and like to go there during the cooler months every 4-5 weeks. I love music and Austin is the "Music capital of the world". I also love San Diego and want this to always be my home base. In doing the math, you may have figured out that I'm only here 50-75% of the time. Therein lies the rub. Unless you have a flexible schedule and can see Oregon and Austin a few times a year, it could be an issue.
Relationships are tough enough, so many parts have to match up, and not being around all the time is a deal breaker to many. Better to share this now than later down the road.
I play golf 2-3 times a month and sometimes smoke a cigar when I do. I was a Sunday school teacher in my teens but no longer attend church. I like to get up around 8am, not 6am! I know, many of these are deal breakers....
The good news is I'm a nice, and if you laugh easily, kinda funny guy, I volunteer once or twice a week at a homeless out-reach center. I know a bit about nutrition and eat healthy. I sometimes indulge in too much fine Cabernet, but what the hell! I like to dance, play the guitar and workout.
I've had horses, pleasure and race horses, but because I'm in the travel mode, I don't have a regular animal companion. I do have bird feeders though.....:)

Recently arrived in Oceanside from Seattle. l will be spending time visiting son in San Diego and friends in the desert, so I guess my radius of availability is quite extensive. I retired a couple of years ago from Boeing (30 years) and after overwintering in San Diego last year have committed to the life of a snowbird. In fact with the real estate market being what it is I may decide to relocate here and just visit family friends in Seattle in summer (what do you call a reverse snowbird?)
You don’t need to be retired but should have the flexibility of time for travel both within and beyond the US. In that regard will assume if you had kids they are grown and out of the house .
Bonus points for golf, fly fishing (Montana in summer is hard to beat), avid movie goers (extra credit for independent and foreign), books, and liberal politics. If you have watched Fox News in the last decade we might have a problem.
