As I greet each day with a smile the morning sun paints the walls with warm colors...one of my favorite times to cuddle up and talk about whatever comes to mind. My week days are free from stress due to my business running smoothly, almost effortlessly really, towards each weekend. I'm pretty much a homebody when it comes to weeknights. There's nothing better to me than curling up together for a movie. I do have good friends I like to get together with for dinner as well. A walk a day or, my new found daily exercise of choice, mountain biking is increasingly important to my weekdays. It's a good healthy way to keep that connection to the outdoors. I have a climbing gym nearby I think would be fun to join with the right person. It's a sport that has always intrigued me and one that can mutually earn respect, trust and form a strong bond with your climbing partner. Those are values I hold in high regard. Weekends are filled with adventure. I have a couple of 4x4 campervans that are self sufficient and very capable of taking people and toys: kayaks, my canoe, zodiac, surfboards, bikes, hula hoops, and a beer or two...to destinations all over. Get to know me and get to live the life of road trips, camping on lakes, river trips with friends, remote hot springs,; desert canyons, and many a secret paradise. I'm not the "driven" type, more so the one that wanders and stops wherever our heart desires. I've lived in northern California for a short eleven yrs, but the amount of time off combined with my love of life and exploration has allowed me to log a staggering amount of miles criss-crossing this amazing state. So much so, that it's fun to pull up some comfy chairs to the computer to poke through my large catalog of photos to see where we want to go next.
The person I'm looking for is a cross between a thrill-seeker and a couch potato. Someone that loves life, loves to laugh, and is available to open up on every level. Humor and conversation rule the day so enjoy talking about the world we live in and not take things to seriously. I don't let my ego get in the way. I tell the truth at all times and I expect the same. The truth is what sets us free. I'm not looking for a date. I'm looking for someone to take my hand in sharing life's beautiful experiences. To say that I am eclectic is an understatement to say the least. There are times I really am a riddle in a puzzle wrapped in an enigma- even to myself. This is why I spend 3 days every year in the back country of Yosemite. This is when I get to know the person I have become in the last year.
Travel is a passion- even if it's up the coast to Monterey for the weekend. Need to wander- must have been a gypsy in a past life. California is the longest lived anywhere 8 years now.
Try not to watch TV- but occasionally get sucked into a show.
Believe in Government For the people by the people. Believe that most politicians start out wanting to do what is in the interest of the people but end up doing what is in the interest of themselves. Believe that Government needs to be afraid of the people not people afraid of the Government. Believe in the original constitution.

WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR:
Someone who knows the difference between being Rude/ Demanding and being Strong. Is there a difference between witty banter and being sarcastic? Understands the answer is 42 but doesn't know what the question is.
Also looking for adventure. I don't understand how people are satisfied with a simple daily routine of work, home, dinner, sleep, drinking and partying on weekends. This is not me- I want something fantastical.
Adventure must mean hopping on a plane or a car and just going- Once drove from NH to NY with 2 friends on a whim for New Year's Eve when we were 18.
