I Never thought I'd be on here, but here I am, and it seems more difficult than I thought it would be, almost seems like I'm looking for a job than a relationship! Lol things like, did I say the right thing or I didn't say something I should've, did I post the right pictures or not? The fact is you can't please everyone or you'll end up going crazy in the process, many will tell you what you want hear, but I won't, I will tell you what I am. I am honest, hardworking, humble, quick witted (try me, lol) and yet there is so much more to me than I can ever describe on here, and I will leave that to be discovered by someone who is willing to search within me to find it. I think I'm kinda rare, in a good way, so rare that my rarity is not easily recognized by looking at my pictures or reading this profile.
The qualities that I'm looking for in a woman are a good mind and a good heart, someone independent but not inaccessible or restricted, and someone that is honest, because I am, I'd rather have someone that'll be there with me while I take the journey, oppose to having someone want me after I make it. But then again all of life is a journey, life is the journey between who you were, and who you are meant to be. The choices you make and the chances you take. At this point in life I know what I want and need and what I don't want or need. We live looking for happiness without realizing that we forget to live.

I'm a professional person, working in TV and film as a visual effects artist and animator. It's a fun line of work, and I enjoy it enormously. Los Angeles is definitely the right place for me to be doing this, and as I've put roots down here and am building a new life back in my birth country, it would be great to have someone to share that with. The one you stay up 'til three in the morning talking to about that movie we just watched, or whether the protagonist in that book was an idiot or not. The one who smiles because I held the door for her, but still gives me a hand moving the workbench over. The one who'll share a kitchen with me instead of either chasing me out, or saying "can't we just order pizza?"
I wonder if she's on here? And if she is, will she see what I'm trying to say here? And did all that sound too serious? Or just sincere? Time will tell.
I'm an independent sort, and would like to find someone who's stood on their own two feet as well. When she kicks off her shoes at the end of the day and drops them into my lap for a massage, I would like it to be because she wants to be there, rather than because she needs someone there to complete her, if that makes any sense. I've rounded myself out fairly well (if I say so myself), and would like to spend time with someone who's similar.
