I am more spiritual than religious, although I grew up Catholic. I am an artist by training in both visual arts and music. I have worked in a variety of settings: Art Education including Community College, Early Childhood Education. Presently I have a Private Practice as a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, and am an Art Teacher/Therapist in a day treatment program with Psychiatric clients.
I am a mother of two Children and a Grandmother of four...with whom I dearly love to spend time. I showed a natural talent for piano, playing the piano by ear when I was 6 years old. I love classical and contemporary music, jazz, barogue, new age, big band. I enjoy my home overlooking the bay, particularly my garden, my dog and 3 pond fish and enjoy cooking healthy meals, living close to nature, walking my dog and dancing. My recent experience that I would like to pursue further is swimming respectfully with dolphins in the wild. I believe we have a lot to learn from those amazing creatures. When I retire, which I am working on, I would like to travel to Barcelona to see Gaudi's Architecture, to places in Italy I haven't been, like Sicily and some of the islands.
I am looking for someone who feels compatible with some of my interests and would like to share them with me....dancing a must...not necessarily ballroom, but following the rhythm and knowing some of the steps. I like cuddling, candlelight dinners, holding hands, enjoying each others company and being able to discuss and share experiences, feelings, thoughts, hopes, and dreams and enjoying a future together.
