Let's see... what should you know about me? I teach high school history in the East Bay, but I'm currently looking for a permanent teaching position. Gotta love the job market these days, especially in education. I like to dabble in writing, though nothing's really come of that, yet. It's more for my own enjoyment than anything.
I love traveling and taking random adventures on the weekend. I recently got back from England and it was one of the best experiences. I love meeting new people! A good thing, too, otherwise I probably wouldn't be a very good teacher. :)
Obviously I have a passion for history, but I'm also a pretty big nerd (and not ashamed!). I love comic books and video games, as well as sci-fi/fantasy genre of anything.
My favorite sport is soccer, followed by baseball. I've never played soccer in an organized fashion, but I love watching the game. And although I'm a huge SF Giants fan, I have never actually been to a Giants game. I'm making that a goal for this year.
