Date a soulmate from California, United States. Bragging about myself has never been my strong suite, so I think I will just tell you about what I am looking for in a woman as a way of telling you a bit about me.
So, who would I click with? Someone who is loyal, fearless and has a keen spirit of independence… but is also very generous and kind when it comes to matters of the heart.
Someone cultured who has an appreciation the finer things in life but is just as happy keeping it simple.
Someone who is grounded and down-to-earth with good values and morals; but without being uptight or boring.
Someone who is motivated and independent in their lifestyle, thoughts and opinions.
Someone who is not impressed by material things.
There is nothing more attractive to me than someone who is flexible and optimistic and can make the best of any situation. Career oriented professional and independent; but still wants someone to take care of her in some ways and adores chivalry.
Passionate about fitness and living well. Love of hospitality, excellent food and good wine. I am a hard-working professional and have always been dedicated to my career and being successful, but I always make time for the special people in my life. So I would love to have a partner in crime to help further develop my “play-ethic”.
Meet someone special from California, United States. I am a healthily skeptical person, including Internet dating. I am a comfortably reticent, eclectic and very curious person. I look at my life in a balanced way, but I have a passionate side that needs to be brought out more often. I am a good conversationalist if the other person can hold up her end, but at heart I'm a shy guy. I have a Master's Degree in Journalism, and a secular science upbringing. I have an inquisitive, investigative spirit, which combines my musical/artistic interests with my haphazard scientific studies. I will continue to be an academic nerd as I like keeping my brain busy. I work full time as an admin for the head of a medical division at a local University hospital.
The type of woman I'm attracted to is intelligent, non-dogmatic, comfortable with herself, strong-willed but also flexible. A shy type fascinates me, and an outgoing-type (who doesn't mind my quietness) are equally engaging. It's either the similarity or the contrast which is fun. My interests? Science, Sci-fi, Nature, Travel, Hiking, Books, Current Events, Classical Music, Biology and pretty much anything. I have an odd, quirky sense of humor, often amusing myself more often than others. Heh. Basically I like people that are curious and always learning. Being non-religious and having liberal politics are musts. Also...I'm a sucker for a woman in pin-striped pants and gummy bear candy.
Oh, and I did an absolutely fascinating thing this year! Want to guess? Might take awhile to get it out of me, but I do have physical proof.
Date single man from California, United States. I think people that know me would describe me as honest, humble, loyal, a little quirky, a good listener and a bit of a perfectionist.
I came to the US from Australia over ten years ago. Admittedly I didn't exactly come from a developing country, but I had nothing when I stepped off the plane except what was stuffed into my suitcases and a strong desire to be the best that I could be here. Since I'm Australian, my opinions and humor can be a little different to what some may expect.
A recent passion has been learning to dance. I've been taking lessons for several varieties of ballroom dance since late last year, and my favourites are swing and lindy hop. It would be so much fun if I met someone that was as interested in dancing as I am.
There are two philosophies that I try to live by. Give everyone the benefit of the doubt, and if your afraid of something, confront it, and overcome that fear.
Who am I looking for? I don't have a laundry list. The type of person I think I may be most attracted to is probably positive, a little adventurous, has a curious mind, and may have been exposed to different cultures during her life. Bonus points if you can dance. Double bonus points if you don't have a clue how to dance but would like to learn!
I'll keep this profile short, because it's a lot more fun to learn about me by asking questions. - Doug.
Meet a man from California, United States. I'm a technology manager, published author, yoga practitioner, and outdoor enthusiast (especially hiking). I'm described as funny, friendly, healthy, and intelligent. I'm honest, fair, and have a strong sense of integrity.
I'm looking for someone with a positive attitude who loves animals.

Meet someone special from Palo Alto, United States. Hmmm... let me start with this...
My theory is why list a bunch of attributes. Let's just talk/meet and see if we vibe. Chances are everything I list "good/positive" of myself; you'll find different...LOL!!!
Here are a few attributes anyway, we can compare notes after you get to know me. I'm a glass if half full kind of guy - I believe that I can make anything happen. I am very laid back but very aggressive when it comes to business. I love traveling (doesn't everyone), I am a big time basketball fan... I attend many games... I played in college. I'm also Ravens football fan (I'm originally from the east coast). I'm very easy to talk to... down to earth... and always looking to have fun. I'm all about happiness at this point in my life.
My only criteria is that you be attractive (to me) - inside & out... Meaning... have a great attitude... be positive... be in decent shape... confidence is a plus... and no drama. I have no problem with handling most of the details... but I also appreciate a woman who can "go with the flow" when necessary. Let's talk and see where "the flow" takes us ;-)
