Date a man from Palo Alto, United States. I'm a Bay Area native who's an interesting mix between an extrovert and an introvert. Outside of my day job, I most enjoy sports, music, photography, and traveling to new places. (Most recently I was in India and Hawaii, and, before that, trips to Amsterdam, Taiwan, and Angkor Wat.) I went to rival schools (Cal undergrad, Stanford grad) and sadly it took me switching schools before Cal football and basketball got (somewhat) good again. I've got a great group of friends, and they'd say I'm very loyal and stand up for my principles. Once you get to know me, you'll find that I also have a soft and quirky side. I love to laugh, and I'm looking for someone to laugh along with me.
You: intellectually curious, cute, passionate, warm-hearted, good at what you do, and easy to talk to!
Let's chat. I'm open.
Meet single man from Palo Alto, United States. I am not ready for active searching and attracting attention to myself. Just looking for now. I will do a better job describing myself when mood strikes me and I am ready to actively change something in my live that have been broken.
Date someone special from Palo Alto, United States. I'm an ex-engineer, who went in the wrong direction, did an MBA and is now a VC working in Silicon Valley. I recently came back from living in Asia for the last 4-years.
I'm looking forward to meeting new people, sharing my hobbies and passions, and hopefully finding love.
Meet a soulmate from Palo Alto, United States. I'm a guy who is pretty easy going. I guess if I had come up with some characteristics I like I'd say I like the idea someone who is pursuing her goals, and yet likes to take time to have fun. If she has a goofy sense of humor that is always cool. Brains and a cute smile are always a plus. She doesn't have to be a girly girl, but a woman with a feminine side is nice too.
As for me, I enjoy getting out and seeing things or just relaxing at home. I have traveled and would like to more in the future.
Date a man from California, United States. Hi there, I'm Jeff.
Intellect, imagination and humor are a few of my main ingredients. I believe in looking beneath the surface of things -- digging deep to find what's most meaningful, interesting or funny.
Connections with other people are something I value highly. And face-to-face beats Facebook any day. To me, every other person alive right now is in some sense a co-voyager – we are all in this together. There is something to be learned from everyone, every interaction can be precious, and respect should be a universal entitlement.
I am drawn to interesting ideas and possibilities, but have a pragmatic side too. Unusual – even outlandish – is fine with me, so long as the thing works. In my work as a corporate lawyer, it always feels good to find a solution that is creative, elegant and effective.
Adventure is a high ideal for me. I enjoy getting off the beaten track, whether for trip across the Bay or across more than a few time zones. I am an outdoorsy type and like places that are remote and wild. I am always up for a culinary adventure too. I will eat just about anything. And the thing on the menu that no one has ever heard of (or heard of eating) will probably end up on my plate. On a good day, it will be paired with just the right wine.
I have some ideas about the "ideal match” for me -- but I’m flexible about this, since you never really know who you are going to click with. Anyway, she is probably fairly outgoing, but also has an introspective side. She has an adventurous spirit and seeks out new experiences. She smiles and laughs a lot. She has a good heart, likes kids, values family, and is looking for someone like me.
Meet single man from California, United States. This is so tough, I would so much rather hear about another person than talk about myself but here is my best attempt at selling myself (also I may have just randomly wrote some things though they have no bearing on who I am; I can't fit myself in these boxes):
So I am a chill fun guy, I love food, cooking, skiing/snowboardng in the winter and in the summer chilling by the beach with a beer.... and riding my motorcycle when evern I get the chance.
I love to travel and though I haven't been to nearly enough places that I liked to be ( I have no excuses for it either) but I am working on that.
OK so let sum this up so I don't ramble on. I am fun, loyal to the death, fearless, bold and a great friend.
So if you are cute, cool, fun, funny, smart and chill then message me.
P.S. I also just started tennis lessons a few months ago so if anyone wants to get a match or just hit the ball around that would be great too.
Date someone special from California, United States. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to put in this section that isn't listed elsewhere in my profile. Did you have the same problem? I feel like I'm supposed to be selling myself here, like a lame cover letter for my resume: "I'm really great. I have an exemplary skill set that makes me the perfect match for you. I can make all your dreams come true." Blah, blah, blah. Well, at least I can tell you what I want. I'm looking for someone who shares my interests and desires. Someone who is well-educated and a good conversationalist. I'm hard-working and career focused, and I'm looking for someone who is similarly career-minded and ambitious. I value spending time with my friends and family, and I'm looking for someone who similarly values prioritizing these people in their life. Of course, maybe that's all the easy stuff. At the end of the day there also needs to be chemistry, which is often the hardest thing to find.
Meet a soulmate from California, United States. My background is Russian Jew and Japanese. My former residence was San Francisco and I moved to Israel to study urban design. Volunteering and helping the world is generally very important to me, and I love to go out with friends and have a great time. Wine, good food, biking, skiing and any other sports are interests of mine. Art also catches my attention. Flamenco, jazz, blues, rock, electronica and classical music is what I listen to. I am a positive person who is looking for fun, romance and the best way to live life.
Date a man from United States. I've wanted to give online dating a try for a while and I'm trying to make an effort, but apparently I have no online game. Is it a numbers game? Are you supposed to email or wink? Are you supposed to brag about yourself on your profile? Sure, everyone has their requirements and preferences, but to say that I do this for work, or went there for school, or whatever comes off as a little d-baggy for me. I mean, who doesn't like long walks on the beach? I bet most of you girls just skip this and scroll right down to our height and salary. Hey, I'm not afraid to admit that I click on the pics first. If you're going to date someone, shouldn't you at the very least be attracted to them?
Admittedly, I'm a bit old school and romantic - I probably place too much value on chemistry. I want to open the door for you, and I want you to like it, but not take it for granted. You should be thoughtful and patient. I'd like to think I am.
I'm a big old conundrum - I like to go out, but I like staying in too. I eat out every meal, but I'm not a foody per se. I'm clean, but can be messy (there's a big difference). I like sports. A lot. Maybe too much. These days I find myself watching more than playing. I do want to pick up golf.
Meet single man from United States. I like stuff. All kinds of stuff. mechanical stuff, musical stuff, computer stuff, sports stuff, adventure stuff, interesting stuff, sexy stuff all kind of stuff. I hope you like stuff too. What kind of stuff do you like?
