They say there's someone special out there for everyone -- someone who thinks the world of you, someone you can't stop thinking about. I thought I had found that someone but was sadly wrong. Unfortunately the life I set up for myself prevents me from going out and accidentally running into that someone...Fate does not easily befriend the working father, so I set my sights online, hoping to find that "match."
I'm not a very out-going person. My favorite book now is "Quiet: The Power of the Introvert", which should tell you all you need to know about my personality. That doesn't mean I don't like going out or travelling or experiencing new things -- just that it's not my preference. Concerts, skiing, weekends in Santa Barbara, late nights in Vegas -- this I can do (and enjoy)...but I much prefer to stay home and watch a movie, play the piano, or even simply read. Exciting? Depends on what you feel you need to be happy. For me, a happy comfortable home is all one really needs...except of course maybe someone to share it with.

Yeah I am a hopeless romantic at times too. I so often have the thoughts, just not the follow through. So being open to partial or sketched out plans would be awesome. I sometimes feel like I lead two lives; kind of like a superhero, as I am also a Dad and love it. Raising my daughter is the most challenging and rewarding thing I do. My daughter's mom (and her husband) and I are on good terms. My favorite part of being a parent is doing homework and watching her grow.
What I am looking for in a woman is less about looks and more about feel; a woman who can enjoy life just because it is life. She is smart, healthy, sincere, compassionate, and happy - truly Happy. This year brought me a few changes/transitions, which includes living in Acton, but I plan on being back in Valencia soon (and likely for the next 5 years) and on my new path, which is always exciting.
