A surfer since 12, I got burned out and thought I could move to the desert, ride dirt bikes, hike the mountains and life would be good........ It was good...still is... but, the boyz are grown up now and its time to live back at the beach ....Tired of the dirt and wind. I am a hopeless entreprenuer and will be till I die......Bungalow by swamis.....I paint watercolors.... play piano. I have a well trained German Shepherd unlike a lot of dogs at dog park.... One son is still at the house going to college...Other two are Marines. I am searching for a new faithful, intelligent, companion who truely loves life and living in San Diego.... Someone who is content with their current situation (other than not having someone to go on a nice date with) and can hold a conversation. I am a Midwest guy, born and raised in Ohio - and keep many of those values. I have lived here in San Diego for over 15 years now and love it! I am the father of 3 wonderful teenage daughters and actively share custody. Stop. 3 teenage daughters - imagine the drama... As the oldest of 3 boys, I am thinking that somebody upstairs is having a laugh at my expense.
I'm educated with Bachelors in Engineering and an MBA - but do not take myself too seriously. I have worked in the telecommunications industry for many years, and it has been good to me. My new gig is Vice President of Engineering Services - consulting, management, and testing type of work. Currently I am setting up a new office here in San Diego.
Over the past few years, I have taken up golf. Sure it can be fun sometimes, but my game sucks! I do like to travel - 17 countries, all 50 states, 7 provinces, and counting.
