I am honest and my pictures are honest which is to say reasonably recent. The oldest one was taken a year ago February but my hair, though longer, is still that grey and my smile is still that big. The tan has faded somewhat.

You don't have to be athletic but you do need to be active. Bonus points if you are the creative type - I love creative types be they writers, musicians, painters, sculptors, etc. I also love athletic types. I love intellectual types, funny types, irreverent types, and any permutation thereof.
I do not love conservative types, squares, prudes or anyone who is on his way out to pasture. I also am not impressed with profiles from men who claim to be younger than they are and where the pictures are very out of date. I like honesty from the start and for me age is more of a number than state of being. To anyone who thinks the 50s are the new 30s I say, "hell yes!"
