I have always been self-reflective and living a healthy lifestyle has been a core value throughout my life. I am no Boy Scout, but I think the virtues are worth cultivating as part of our path to greater well-being. I believe that the mind/body connection is important and everything we do contributes in both domains. So, I believe the well-lived life includes living life with purpose, having fun and contributing - but it is important not to obsess on the process. I find that I agree with the Indigo Girls in their song, �Closer to Fine’ – “the less I seek my source, the closer I am to fine”.
