I was once a CPA, but have moved on to other things. I currently own my own property management company which I started in 2000. II also invest in real estate and develop real estate. In 2008, I became one of the youngest franchisees of a major restaurant chain. I am about to start construction on my 8th restaurant later this year. I love what I do because I meet a lot of great people, have a flexible work schedule. I am obviously very ambitious and always looking for that next great opportunity.
I have a lot of great, close friends from childhood, school, and work. My family is very close - both parents still married and I have a great younger brother. Family and friends are the most important things in my life. I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Europe and the U.S. I'm always up for a trip.
The other thing I really value is taking time off and enjoying life. I love to travel. I spend a lot of time in Santa Barbara at the family ranch, and I also like trips to Vegas, Hawaii, and anyplace there is a nice beach. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe. My favorite hobby is golf, so it would be great to meet someone who knows how to play or would be interested in learning. I also enjoy hiking, tennis, and just about anything outdoors. I'm currently doing the Insanity workout to get into great shape. It's really tough, but it's definitely worth it.

The first time I ventured into the world of online dating I started the process about 4 times but cancelled things before submitting, but in a city like LA, it just makes sense. Despite any disappointments I’ve had with dating, I stubbornly believe in serendipity (yes, I’m a straight man and used that word!). I love going to new places (i.e. traveling), conversing over dinner with Pinot Noir, taking the bus to Hollywood Bowl to see Dudamel or Mariachi Festival, going to a Dodger game to balance out the day, and spending time with my parents.
