My newest additions are some beautiful Alpaca's that I rescued, and two pure white peacocks . So ,,, a little about me ...There aren't many challenges that I won't try, and if anything , the challenge itself is sometimes, what it's all about ...This is coming from one who has jumped out of planes , skied off of 10 foot cornices , rappelled off of buildings , gone into some very fast rapids , and will do "most" anything that will work up a sweat ... Life can be a wonderful experience with laughter , enjoyment , wonder and fun , or it can be thought of as the unknown with possible peril around every corner. I "always" choose the first ! For example , I love earthquakes... I know , a little crazy butt... For me they are thought of as a roller coaster ride sent from above , and are there for our enjoyment ! This comes by the way, from a story told to me by my mom when I was 8. And yes ladies , I had a wonderful relationship with my mom and dad. Mom has since passed,and dad is in Woodland Hills.They were married for over 40 years , and their marriage is one that I would like to model mine after . I am simply at a point to have someone in my life, who wants to share all of what the world has to offer , and is ready to go after it . I am an optimist (the glass is always more than half full , unless it is a big bold Cab. then ,,, more please ) I am a realist ( My head is never buried in the sand ,,, unless I'm at the beach and a niece or nephew is trying to bury me ...) My businesses , activities and pets keep me busy, entertained and amused . I would rather participate in an activity , then be on the sideline watching it ... And then there are those occasional Sundays ,,, all curled up under the blankets , with a good movie, beverages , some snacks ,rain dancing upon the rooftop , and a fire warming the air. I have a good grasp on the present, while also paying attention to the future. Life is short , laugh often , even if it is at ones own expense . Sometimes those are the best kind . I am very comfortable with who I have become , and will often let others in on something dorky that I did,especially if will make them laugh.... Life is about having fun ! My match will like most of the things that I do , and I with her. In addition ,,,our differences will help us continue in our lives of learning , and of growth , both as individuals , and as a couple ... I have always been a student of the world , and often my most favorite of people, are the elderly . Insight and wisdom that may have taken them a lifetime to learn , is often shared with those who will simply take the time to listen . I am kind and polite to waiters and waitresses,am able to hold my own in any social situation, and am the type of person who will always lend a helping hand. I am a trusted friend and will stand up for someone who has not a voice of their own . My girl will be kind and intelligent . She will have a quick wit , and will be passionate about all her endeavors . She will love kisses , flowers , her door opened for her, and will be beautiful both inside and out . Not to mention all of those other attributes , "and" faults , that make her my one and only ! Life for me is about taking care of ones self , those around me , and having fun along the way.
